1. So, I want to be leader of San Andreas National Guards (SANG) because as you can see, I already became LT. General and also i became high command in several Organization, So I know how to manage an organization, so I think I can make NG better than other term in past.

2. So as per me I believe in activity but without any kind of rule break, I saw many term having very activity, but they are breaking the rules so, I want to change many of the thing in NG about the HR team and my special force which will support other organization too.

I have the ability to transform the National Guard from an isolated base focused mainly on gate duty, ammunition runs, and city events) into a fully structured military organization. The Fort Zancudo will operates under a strict military regime that shows professionalism and dedication. New cadets will undergo BMT (Basic Military Training)

2.2 I have been in different organizations at different Highest leading ranks, like in LSPD as ACP, in GOV as USSS Director , in SAHP as Chief Commander. I have managed every department almost. I think It's my time to step in as a leader. I am quite sure that after becoming the leader of the National Guard I will use my compassion for legal orgs and for NG itself to take this organisation to new heights.

2.3 NG is considered as one of the boring state organization because most of the time have to cover gates but when I will be the leader of NG, I will be doing more activities within the organization to keep all NG soliders away from distortion I want to show to the whole world that NG does not just protect gates and there a lot more than that as I also want to make even more activities.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1
I will make sure that North and South Gates will be covered so no Trasspasser should enter into the Base and may try to steal the trucks

3.2 I will make sure that We will be Conducting some Good Events for Citizen and also some internal Events to make sure that Trust among the NG and Citizens

3.3 I will make sure that Organiztion have no Untrained Soldiers on other hand will make sure that all HRT is doing their Job perfectly this why the confident among the Soldiers will increase.

3.4 I will make sure that Organiztion have no favoritism and zero tolerance (I will make Sure that no easy ranks will be given until the Guys have past experience or have passed an interview)

3.5 I will build the Trust Among other state leaders If necessary, I will make agreements with other State org leaders to help each other in different situations.

3.6 I will be introducing the Well-Structured Bonus System and making sure that everyone is Getting thier Bonuses at time.

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my real role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En2,NG dint allowed me to go out and have experience of other orgs but still i pushed myself and tried but i keep missing NG and i keep coming back to NG , I Love NG and i have great understanding about rules and Regulation Of National Guard and the roles and responsibility in City.

B. With my NG experience and passion and love towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our base/city from threats. For some people NG is boring as they think there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping, ammo runs and waiting for any global and i want to change that mind set and want to show the real power of NG and by making the most powerful org in the city and fun to work, I have lot of role play ideas for NG, which is actually lacking in NG but if i implement those then i can make NG a very active and powerful organization in the city, which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , I can do these changes only if i get a term , I will try my best to give a real time experience Of Army.

C. Last But not the least, my activeness in NG is very high as im very much passionate about NG , I'm very much active in base/city (10hrs to 12hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers whenever needs a HC ,you will see an most highly Active General ever in the Fort Zancudo.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A. As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement A lot improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,

B. New recruits during their probation will be sent to all department to gain experience of all departments and after probation they will given a choice to select the department they like to go and accordingly they will deployed, which will create an HR RP as well as new soldiers will get experience in all department.

C. I Recently Asked Government to put a policy on how to enter the military base with only marked cars for all orgs , which will allow and create a great RP for Military police who will be at the gate to check anyone entering the base by asking their ID/Passport , checking trunks and backpacks for any illegal items, this will make NG more tight and secured and also this will prevent any corrupt officer and illegal weapons to entering the base, like this i can bring more RP situation and will give more RP experience to all Department + Other Orgs.

D. Many Soldiers/HC Don't know About The Shooting Range, Which is near to ATC Tower and Very Few explored these but failed to implement, i will implement this and i will regularly conduct tournaments inside NG for sure and with Orgs If permits and Best record holder, like 20 targets within 15sec or may less than that and will be rewarded by doing this my soldiers will have a great accuracy in shooting.

And these are just few things but i have a lot RP ideas which includes EMS,SAHP,GOV,FIB,LSPD and LI and these Improvements i can bring In without violating the rules and regulation( rules and regulation of the server) and by doing all these, I can bring the great roleplay within the National Guard which will keep soldiers active plus entertain and will create a more immersive, engaging, and realistic Army experience for all participants. i can do all these only if i get a Term.

1. Journey over here -

I've started doing role play from 6-8 month. I have seen serve failure in my whole journey , I stand up again I started with trainee in LSPD after that got ACP in same term then I have used to be in FIB High Command, then DOC Director then Chief Commander , AG and I am still grinding. For a better roleplay.

2. Leadership skills

After being 28 rank of LSPD and SAHP it was just do fast thing happened in my life and leaned a lot in small time and now I want to test my leadership skills and I can see NG is the only Organization which is open and I am asking a change to see and overview my skills. Ill be very to have a chance of interview

3. Activeness and hardworking :

I am very active and hardworking , yea it's looks self praising but nah , really I am not praising. Think is I will build a good relationship between Activeness, fairness, hardworking because I see that most of the term is active at the starting but not when going on I want to change that and I want everyone to have the rank they deserve , because I see a lot of favoritism going on.

3.1 For regulating the Organization you have to make sure all your departments are in right hands . I will make sure to give department head to those who are willing to work for the welfare of the department and organization .

3.2 If someone will try to raise conflict inter or intra organization will be taken out from the org . No toxicity or Favouritism will be tolerated .

3.3 Promotion ceremony roleplay plays crucial role for growth of an org as if you will give promotion to cadet according to his/her hard work, dedication and honesty towards org . I will give them good bonuses

3.4 I will make good relations with other state organizations and will help them to counter criminal activities in the State .

3.5 I will take out daily law classes for my Cadets , So they can know about law and learn all the processes and work professionally . Other than that daily discipline classes will be taken out to make sure my cadets build good relations with citizens as well .

3.6 I will make sure that NG base gates are covered every-time , will make sure activity is top priority for my org with least mistakes possible .

3.7 As leader i will make sure that I raise the standard of RP as my cadets will also gonna do what they will saw me doing . I will make sure as leader i will not only lead org by completing weekly requirements but to make sure the standard of RP increase .

National Guard which comes under the area of Fort Zancudo and the jurisdiction San Andreas Area, So hereby i will mainly Discuss 2 main points which is an affirmation information for the organization. So First Point will be regarding the Organization and the Second Point will be regarding the Relation of me (Lord Kakashi) towards the organization.

(A) National Guard is one of the most important organization as it offers the need and want which every other State Organization needs, It is responsible for protecting the gates and the Fort Zancudo base it plays a major role because failure to protect may result to heavy trespassing and robbery of the National Guards ammunition Trucks

(B) My relation towards the National Guards have being very emotional, as its being my 5th Term on the National Guards and the soldiers who work here are really attached to my heart, because the closeness we are on NG, it cant be defeated by any other organization, Because here we work as an team not like an individual.


2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

(A) Its being over 1500 Days since I'm born into the city and at past term i was who leading the all term behind the arrpa as my leadership i shown in the term and i have experienced almost every Organization in the city, I was a ex Gangster so i know and have good relation with the Gangs, also i was a ex Government Employee so im good in laws and i have a good exp in the Leos team so i know and have knowledge about the Penal and jurisdiction codes of the city.

(B) Being a Highcommand of the National Guards since over 5terms i have managed my particular department as the best and most memorable department also, im a underdeputy of my UnOfficial Family so i know how to deal with peoples very clearly and willingly

(C) Regarding my Best friends and family who are always ready to help me in the organisation work and have already gave the wording of helping me on the organization if i being the next General of the city, They are encouraging me to apply for this post and i believe my term will the most active and very memorable.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.


• Making the HRT & MP department more strong: HRT & MP Department is one of the main pillar of the organization and both are responsible for different works in the organization. Where HRT helps in hiring peoples and give the basic training and also track the records for promotion, and the MP helps in checking the records of people and check nothing in unlawful in the organization.

• Avoiding favoritism: Favoritism is commonly seen in every organization by this many deserving soldiers are deprived of getting promotion in due time and also during hiring. But if we can ensure a proper and fair promotion for everyone, then I think we can complete a better term.

• Handling every Soldier with care & respect: Everyone needs respect and if the issue is deal with respect and care the solution
come very easily, mean a mind manipulator i know all the important things which can easily manipulate things very easily.

The Departments: -

Human Resources and Training (HRT): HRT will be handling the hiring of peoples, taking interviews and giving the basic training.
and make the new best and dedicated soldiers .



Military Police (MP):- MP will handle the soldiers with the care of checking their activity, having proper detailing of all the soldiers in the ORG and tract the record of the activity.


Special Task Force (SOF): SOF will be in charge of leading and handling all the important events such as terrorism attack on the state, handling the heavy 10-10 and assisting the other law enforcement organization with their help in the city, Mainly the good shooters and fastest responders will be in charge of this department .


Airforce (AF): AF the department of the Pilots who will be handling the protection of the Fort Zancudo and the jurisdiction of San Andreas Area through their Helicopters and fighter Jets which also includes the army planes, This will help getting intels as the sky is always clear and better than road ways.

Infantry (IFT): IFT is the underratted department and the most undervalued department, but this department has the major roles in protecting the base as this department mainly looks around the protection of the gates and having petrolling of the base all the time of dangers and issuing times by the help and intels of the AF department. Altough this is an individual department but it gets intel tough out each and every department, and this work might sounds boring but this is most dangerous and required working department.

1). First of all I am actually quite experienced in both the legal side and the criminal side. And the organisation that drew me in the most was NG and because I gained experience at NG for a long time I learned everything and I want to take on my first leadership role at NG which is special to me because I learned everything here.

2) In NG, people don't actually stay long they keep changing except for those in senior command positions. Just when NG is about to become fully active just when it has achieved stability this stability is lost because people don't stay in NG. We need to solve this and make NG a respected long term stable organisation.

3) In my opinion NG is actually an organisation that people tend to underestimate a bit because everything we do at NG seems very simple and comes across as boring to people. However, I want to solve this. If I become the leader of NG, I want to make NG a more modern better organisation not a boring classic organisation that people want to join.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I will personally stay in communation with my soldiers. Everyone will be able to reach me. I will not be rude to people. Go to that person that earthquake victim and so on. That way when people have a problem or want something they will resolve it with me.


2. We will conduct occasional inspections without harassing or disturbing the soldiers but these inspections will be more modern and discreet rather than traditional so that the soldiers morale will not be damaged.

3. I will select my superiors not only based on activity or knowledge and experience, but also based on experience trust and activity. Everyone will receive the recognition they deserve.


Departments

SA(Special Airforce)
Unlike the regular Air Force they will only be deployed in areas where crimes are committed in clashes with gangs and where truck thefts occur and will actively coordinate to combat crime.

MP (Military Police)
They will actually work with me in coordination to carry out inspections thus keeping NG free from errors. This way NG will be a disciplined but not overly strict organisation.

HR (Human Resource)
They will actually engage with people recruit them into the Organisation provide them with training, handle their promotions and their performance activities will be regularly monitored by myself and my lt generals.

AF (Air Force)
Actually they will constantly patrol the base so we will detect any danger in advance. If there is any event the soldiers will carry this device. We will only purchase this device after testing it. Only knowledgeable skilled individuals will have this device so the soldiers will remain safe.

I started my legal org journey by joining the National Guard a year ago as a Private, and over time, through dedication and consistent performance, I became the temporary General of the National Guard, but as we all know temp leadership is just for a few days, and that's not enough to implement significant changes within the organization. So for this time, I am ready to become the General of the National Guard to implement the changes and bring back the discipline.

As a former Sheriff of SAHP, I learn how to run an organization efficiently, how to motivate officers to ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain discipline. With my former leadership experience, I can handle good relations with other organizations as well as the government. I also possess a good understanding of government operations, having served as a former DHS minister, which enables me to ensure full compliance and efficiency during any state inspection of the National Guard.

I will ensure that every organisation receives candies on time and also prevent the international warehouse from running out of candy by conducting routine checks. Also, I will redesign the bonus structure of the National Guard, which encourages soldiers to cover the gates most of the time. I have planned everything which makes the National Guard great again.

National Guard is always famous for its unprofessional behaviours, like using heavy weapons at circle events, climbing roofs in FZ raids and so on. To prevent that, I will hire the most skilled FTO officers to train my soldiers and make them field ready to handle every situation without breaking any rules.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A. National Guard is known to be the most boring organization in the city. To change that, I will organise field training exercises to increase excitement among the soldiers and make them combat ready.
B. I will make sure there will be no favouritism and soldiers get their deserved rank.
C. I will redesign the bonus system and give more focus on gatekeeping, as we all know soldiers don't prefer to do gatekeeping.
D. I will make sure every soldier uses proper RP commands, like /me, /try, and /do.
E. I will create a candy run schedule for better distribution of candies between different orgs.
F. I will conduct joint exercises with different organisations to create an RP situation, which will improve org cooperation.

2.1 I am a very active person in the city. I have many ideas and plans that I would like to implement within the corps. I have extensive knowledge of roleplay, as well as positional and strategic knowledge to carry out interventions more efficiently while minimizing casualties among members of the organization.

3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Maintain much more fluid communication among members of the organization, as well as better coordination with other organizations, so we can be more united during events and increase our chances of success.
3.2 Hold regular meetings with all personnel to develop both defensive and offensive strategies, which will be periodically updated so that gangs cannot predict how or where they will be approached.
3.3 Provide structured training for every new member who joins, and for anyone who requests it, taking into account ideas from all members and adopting those that are beneficial to the organization.

1) Experience… I’ve been a part of National Guard Org since about November of 2021 on the EN-1 City being the second org , I’ve made many friends along the way and eventually earned my rank from Private II to LT. General on both EN-1 to En-3 Combined as 1 (Private II -> Colonel on En1, and later became LT general of the 2nd NG on EN3) I have proper experience with this specific org and many orgs that involves a lot more responsibility and care towards, I have a passion for Roleplay, and a great knowledge for server rules & regulations,

2) Likeability/Respectability… I’ve build up my character from EN-1 & EN-3 around respect and treat every situation as if it was IRL, I show people respect despite not liking them, I’ve always respected org jurisdictions, and has always been trying my best to keep communication with other orgs instead of barging my way in, with the phrase “I’m FIB/LSPD/SAHP/NG/GOV, you don't know anything about this” so I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I’ve given other orgs, I want to have our soldiers treating every situation with a calm respectable manner.

3) Activity… Under many Generals in NG the biggest main problem that causes so many issues is the Orgs Activity, there's always been a significant amount of soldiers standing Around Barracks or around Beach market but not as many soldiers on the streets of FZ. Patrolling around Parachutes, guarding gates, I want to have a new age for the National Guard in which I will communicate highly with curators and meet curator requirements.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

If I am chosen to be the next General of the National Guard, I would like to implement new Divisions & Regiments, (Regiments being the main body of the org, and divisions under said regiment established by the Heads.) thats never been seen within the National Guard, and get involved with a lot more IC Punishments instead of just going straight to Strikes, and verbals, Some ic punishments might be "Running around the base 2 times'' or dropping and giving pushups, or doing pull ups at the pull up bars, I would like to draw more RP Between other orgs including Lifeinvader and EMS and even Gangs. i.e. Training raids with other state orgs.

Some of My Regiments for the NG Will be;

Regiment of Recruitment Specialists "RS"

The “Body” of NG In charge of Recruitment, and making sure the org runs as smooth as it can possibly be, making sure Soldiers are following the Code of Procedures Sanctioned by the Government, and enforcing the most up to date State Laws, doing proper trainings with each new recruit, making sure they know how the org runs and how and where to place spikes on each gates, and teaching them how to give proper medical attention / detaining suspects.

Regiments of Special Operations.

Spec Ops has always been the “Legs” of NG for me mainly being the department responsible for planning, negotiations, having good communication with each other being the elite force the department should be known for,

Division of SASD:
Special Air & Sea Division (SASD) is a Division off the regiment of Special Operations, responsible for dealing with ghetto Patrols, Special Operations between state orgs, planning during dire situations on the base (FZ Raids) SASD is specialized in air, ground and sea combat to better neutralize the enemy

Division of CRMs:
Combat Response Medics (CRMs) is the medical division Under the Spec Ops Regiment, Responsible for maintaining the health of every NG soldier, as well as maintaining great communication with EMS, and maintaining an "EMS Guard" Presence with EMS as they request, where EMS would request protection at their lobbies for individuals whom come in to harass ems, these Soldiers are armed with Tasers, EMS Guard is also responsibly when requested by EMS to provide protections on their med runs for each State Org, and these units will support their convoys to each state org, as well as helping load the medical supplies onto the trucks.




Regiment of the MIlitary Police Corp

The Main Police Force of the National Guard, Responsible for making sure every Unit is following proper National Guard Procedures, as well as following state legislations, and maintaining the Code of Conduct Contract.

Regiment of Air National Guard

The Main Strikeforce of the National Guard responsible for maintaining the protection of the state of San Andreas skies, scouting ammo runs, and transporting National Guard Soldiers to the aircraft carrier.


the Major Punishment Systems will go as following;

Strike I) Halting of any upcoming promotion until Issue is resolved.

Strike II) Immediate Suspension of the Unit, Suspension can last from as little as 2 hours to 48 hours

Strike III) Immediate Termination of the Unit from the org, and depending on the severity of the strike, a possible Blacklist

As for Heads of departments, they will follow the same Strike system, but their strikes will affect the department not only them, after 3 Department Strikes the Generals will start actively looking for a new HOD, Strikes can be given out only by The 3 Generals of the org.

My family have a strong family business near the city's military base so we have always supported and gave the best services in military. In our city everyone is preparing for the Military so that they can serve in best way possible and as our generational outcome I always wanted to get in the military to help defend our country. I was always had some small talks while I was in school. It is one of the best organization which always supported all organization in terms of strengthen themselves with updated weapons and giving trainings. As we all know they are bonded to their bases all the time so they must be fit for all attacks.

As a leader I will always make sure all organizations get their loadout filled at all time and will make sure never to disappoint them as they are the most helpful people when it comes to protecting the city internally and to provide support to all citizens. I will make sure they will be protected in all manners and will support them in all the events possible. Your new leader will make city safe from terrorists attacks and wil respond with all the military units to the events.

There are many ways To Improve Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play , they goes as follows -:

A .Having A Best HR Team Specially Designed And Trained By My Own And Having A Trained Swat Team To Protect FZ And Stop FZ Raids Trying To Cover Gated Everytime !!

B. Host Events To Make People Fun And Not Making National Guard Boring !!

C. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

    Here are the three reasons I want to become the Leader of the National Guard

    2.1. Experience and understanding of the organization

    I want to lead the National Guard because I have a lot of experience in this field. I have worked under many leaders, where I observed several problems and also solved many of them. Through this experience, I understand how things can be fixed and what steps need to be taken to make the National Guard even better.

    2.2. To reduce internal conflicts and improve unity
    Many times, our relationship with other state organizations gets strained, which sometimes affects role play. As the National Guard, our duty is to protect the state, not to fight with others. I will also work on those issues so that our relationship with other state organizations improves and we can work together smoothly.


    2.3. To improve motivation of soldiers
    I believe motivation plays a crucial role for our soldiers. We will always work to keep soldiers motivated and encouraged so that they participate in more events and become a strong, cohesive team.     our soldiers do not receive proper training, which leads to frustration. My first priority will be to have the best HR system in place so that every soldier gains the knowledge and training they need. Many times, favoritism occurs in organizations, preventing deserving soldiers from getting the ranks they deserve. I will eliminate favouritism, encourage participation in more events, and ensure that roleplay becomes more enjoyable. At the same time, professionalism and discipline will be strictly maintained.
