Rejected Warning appeal

Hello I was hacked around 12.30am on the 15 of January I managed to recover the account the afternoon on the 15 of January but when I jumped on I was jailed for 180 minutes and have a week warning I will put the warning issue underneath on the link

I was taking a look at the video that was reported by someone and it was after the time I got hacked and I hadn't recovered my account until the afternoon so I'm thinking it could have probably been the hacker or something as it can't be me when I didn't have access
I was hoping this issue can be sorted when I shouldn't have to wait a week for something I didn't do.
