i keep posting for a ban appeal because I strongly believe I have been wrongly banned my friend plays this server all the time and has done for a bit and he content creates on there and i finally saved up to get a pc and did not sort out my settings properly/ the bridge along the highway didn't load in and I fell through the map and then I left tried to join again and my mate was helping me get insurance so I had to go that way again i then fell through again and was banned its the first thing I got on this pc and i have no evidence other than the ban screen itself, I'm not sure if this will help my case but its all I can try from here onwards. its just some what upsetting as i went out to by a pc just for this game and I spent money on the starter pack straight away just to never be able to play again,

my friend has been talking to our family in game and they have said that maybe we can request a pc check because we have no way off proving its a completely brand new pc only got it to play this server so this really hasnt gone to plan for me

Please could I just get clarification if I should stop trying to get on this server, sorry for all the appeals and a private message but i just really would like to access this sever to start content creation myself
