Hello,

I would like to clarify the situation again, because this does not appear to be a hacking case.

I did not sell, trade, or transfer any items.

My account was banned under GR 5.3. After around 13–15 days, when the ban ended and I tried to log in, it initially showed “password incorrect”. I then reset my password and logged in successfully.

Immediately after logging in, I noticed that all my items were missing, including:

Non-tradeable items
Battle Pass vehicles and clothing
GC cars
Expensive clothes
These items cannot be sold or transferred, so this cannot be explained as normal player trading.

I have opened multiple technical/forum reports (5+ times) and followed all troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still not resolved.

I am attaching:

Ban proof - Proof

POV / video proof from the login after unban, where it is clearly visible that the items are already missing
From my side, there was no selling, no hacking activity, and no rule evasion. I kindly request that you check my account logs and explain what action or system event caused these non-tradeable items to be removed.

I am not asking for assumptions — only for a log-based explanation of where these items went.

Hi Senior Administration,

Thank you for the clarification. I would like this to be checked based on account logs.

If this was a hack, please review my logs — there was no money loss, no sales, and no transfers from my side. Logs should clearly show what happened.

If this was a reset by senior administration, I respectfully request clarification on why it was applied, under which reason or rule, and why I was not informed — especially since non-tradeable items (Battle Pass, GC items) were affected.

I have invested a significant amount of real money into this account, and I’m still not getting a clear explanation of what happened. I am only requesting a clear, log-based response about my account.
