Dear admin reviewing this,
I have put this forum as GR 6.2 as i am not sure what rule break it exactly is but i think its closest to that. Department of Justice issued a Subpoena on Deku Uchihax | 152258 on the 21/01/2026. The Subpoena had his ID through the fines issued, Phone number through the background check and his name through the PDA check. It had been over 48 hours since then and there was no response so they issued a arrest warrant. When DCJ Ruda Kazen issued the warrant i done a PDA check of the name of the person to be arrested (Deku Uchihax | 152258) when i searched his name nothing came up. When i searched his phone number nothing came up.

It seems to be this guy changed his name and his phone number to avoid RP (Closest rule to it GR 6.2)
