As you can see in the screenshot i provided i received a silence punishment simply for greeting my friends in Prime Chat i believe this decision is completely not fair i was merely socializing and saying hello there was absolutely no toxicity no offensive language and no MG involved If we arent even allowed to greet our friends in Prime Chat what is the point of having a Prime i contacted Admin Kira via admin chat to clarify the situation i explained that my last message was sent nearly 30 to 60 minutes prior so it couldnt possibly be considered spam However Kira’s response was quite dismissive, simply stating "If you think the decision is wrong you can open an admin complaint." Being redirected to the forums for a 1 hour mute without any real explanation is honestly disappointing and felt like a brush off when i pointed out that opening a complaint for such a short mute is a waste of time Kira claimed I was punished for "spamming the same message." i challenged this asking them to check the logs because the messages were not identical and were just part of a normal conversation the only response i got was "answer already given above." i felt forced to open this complaint because i believe this decision is an not fair that Kira is stubbornly defending. i wasnt breaking any rules i was just using Prime Chat for its intended purpose. i kindly ask for this decision to be reviewed.
