1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I care about the quality of roleplay on EN2 and I want to help keep it fair for everyone. Over time, I realized that contributing to the server by handling issues, reports, and rule enforcement gives me more satisfaction than continuing my own RP life. I believe I can support the community better by working as staff rather than focusing on personal progression.

2. What are your strengths?
My biggest strengths are fairness, patience, and honesty. I stay calm while handling situations and always try to look at evidence and context before making a decision. I don’t take things personally and I treat all players equally, regardless of their status or experience.

3. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I am very careful before making a decision because I want to be sure it is correct and fair. While this can take a bit more time, I see it as something I’m improving by gaining experience and trusting the rules and guidelines more confidently.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring clear communication, good understanding of crime-related rules, and unbiased report handling. I am comfortable dealing with gang and criminal RP situations, reviewing clips, and explaining rule decisions calmly to players. I’m also open to feedback and willing to learn from senior staff.

   I want to become an admin because I’m more interested in supporting the server and helping players than continuing my personal RP I’ve already experienced RP from multiple sides and now I want to focus on maintaining fairness handling situations correctly and assisting the communityn I understand that admin responsibility comes first and I’m ready to step away from RP-life to avoid bias and conflicts of interest.

I am playing the grand rp for more than 1100 days from 2021 and have experienced every corner of RP life from Gang to Leos( Even Under deputy for more over every State organisation except LI) I want to be the part of admin to help our friends who are working hard to run the Grand RP smoothly and also to help them who are new in rp and without any problem

When I first came to this city, I didn't enjoy it much, but thanks to the admins, they helped me, showed me the game, and assisted me, and I enjoyed it a lot. I wanted to play every day, and I overcame many things in my roleplaying life, completed everything, and gained experience. Now I think I'm ready for admin life.
