I joined this project in 2024 and I have been playing in this server for over 1.5 years and it's time for me to take the next step. 1-Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans-I want to become an admin because I want to take more responsibility and help the server grow. In RP life I learned the rules and player behavior, and now I want to use that experience to help others. I want to make sure rules are followed fairly, solve problems calmly, and support new players. I’m not leaving RP because I’m bored — I just want to contribute in a bigger way.

Ans-
My strengths are that I am calm, patient, and responsible. I don’t react quickly in heated situations and I try to understand both sides before making any decision. I am active on the server and serious about rules. I also learn fast from my mistakes and always try to improve myself. I believe these qualities will help me handle admin responsibilities properly

Ans-One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I overthink decisions because I want to be completely fair. This can make me take a little extra time before acting. I also try to handle many things on my own instead of asking for help quickly. But I am working on improving these by managing my time better and communicating more with the team.

Ans-I can bring good communication skills, patience, and a fair mindset to the admin team. I know how to stay calm in stressful situations and listen to both sides before making a decision. I understand the server rules and RP environment, so I can handle reports properly and guide new players correctly. I am also active and dedicated, which means I will take my responsibilities seriously and support the team whenever needed.

I been part of Grand Rp for a considerable amount of time, primarily being part of state organizations (GOV,FIB,LSPD) Through that experience I was able to gain knowledge not only of the rules but as well of life in the city and used what I had learned to help a number of people. -Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Having been the Leader of East Side Ballas, I’ve handled an organization, stop conflicts, maintained coordination. And legally, as Under Deputy in multiple organisations have a hefty amount of experience and knowing what tricks people might use to bend the rules i think i can counter them.
GRP is an amazing experience I learned a lot but I now feel as though the more appropriate way to support the server would be not as a player or competitor but to help as a admin keep things running better. I will make sure to be fair and consistent, make sure rules were followed properly so players can have quality no biased decision or favoritism especially those new to the community.

-What are your strengths?
• Knowledge of the legal and illegal both sides of the server.
• Calm decision-making.
• Handling stress and anger.
• Active and accountable when given a responsibility.

-What are your weaknesses?
My one vulnerability is that I am certain and excellent at trusting others when working nearby in groups. But past leadership experience has taught me the importance of being more observative and analytical before making big decisions. Sometimes I overthink situations and do this in a way that allows me to feel that what I’m deciding is the most accurate decision.

I know how players try to exploit mechanics or bend rules. It helps me to connect the dots early, and address things. I can reasonably handle tickets, be professional at all times.
