Keko Solo is a Turkish immigrant, coming to Los Santos at early age from the other shores of istanbul in Turkey with his family to find better opportunities. He'd been born and raised in a rough neighborhood and had learned at an early age how to read the streets -- taught in the school of hard knocks what was real from what wasn't. Reserved, patient and smart, Keko steered clear of crime and concentrated on learning, convinced that the only real power lay within the system, not outside it.
Upon completion of his study in criminal justice, he went on to apply at and was accepted at the Federal Investigation Bureau.to his clean record and analytical mind. Early in his career, he showed exceptional skills in interrogating suspects and kept his cool under pressure. While working undercover in high-crime areas, he managed to gain the trust of criminals and establish street connections, understanding that information was the most powerful weapon.
Carrier Story:
With Keko’s progression in ranks within FIB, he gradually began to lose his sense of purpose. Keko risked his life every day, working hard and long, and receiving very little in return. On the other hand, the corrupt officials lived comfortably and freely without facing any consequences. This was the first seed of doubt in Keko’s mind.
Keko met an old street contact who had turned into a mid-level gang member during an undercover operation. Keko’s gang wanted to pay him for small pieces of information, although nothing major. Keko did not want to do this at first, but this idea lingered in his mind.
Weeks later, during a high-risk arrest, Keko saw an opportunity to take advantage of his position without facing any consequences. Keko took a small amount of cash from an arrestee, and nothing bad happened. No reports were filed, nor were there issues with the body cameras. This moment changed everything for Keko.
Keko gradually became more calculated and professional. Keko sold information about raids, investigations, and patrol routes to his trusted gangs. Keko received money, protection, and influence in return. Unlike the corrupt officers, Keko never acted out of emotion; everything was calculated.
Outcomes:
1) Keko Solo can take bribes. [up to $100,000]
2) Keko Solo can deny or lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification.
3) Keko Solo can take illegal items from a 10-15 without formally confiscating them.
4) Keko Solo will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
5) Keko Solo can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap and take hostage with family ,(off duty).
