Hello Admin Team,

I would like to appeal the ban on my EN3 account, which shows as banned under General Rule 1.1 and 1.2.
My main account has always been EN1, where I usually play. I created the EN3 account only for fun and played on it for about 3 to 4 hours. After that, I did not use the account for several months. When I tried to log in again recently, I saw that the account was banned.
I want to clearly state that I never shared this account with anyone and I did not allow anyone else to access it. I always play on my own and follow the rules.
If there was any misunderstanding or system error, I kindly request you to review my case again. I am willing to cooperate and provide any information needed.
