I)I've been a deputy in all sorts of organizations over time, and honestly, it always left me wanting more activity, like nothing ever ramped up enough. It seems like the illegal groups around the city just sit there without doing much of anything real, from what I can tell. That kind of inactivity bothers me.

II] Me and the guys in my gang, we talk about stepping in to change that. We want to turn things around and make ourselves into the biggest problem for those legal outfits and everyone in the city. Not just some forgettable name floating around, but something that actually hits hard and sticks.

III] I am not totally sure how it will play out yet, but it feels like we have to try. The presence needs to be serious, you know, impactful in a way that people remember.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1] I've noticed this issue popping up a lot in different gangs, where new players just jump into RP events like they know whats going on, but they really dont. It seems kind of frustrating sometimes. When we pick our gang members, I think well show how to handle that by putting together a more professional team or something. That way, maybe it demonstrates the problem better. Not totally sure if that fixes everything, but its worth trying.
2] By participating in all Gang activities, we will make our name known throughout Los Santos, and I am sure this will increase both our organization and our visibility. Even legal individuals will not resist and will join us
4] And of course, I'm sure that by finding the most dangerous and experienced deputies in the city, we'll pull off some great jobs. Thanks to me and my gang members.

3.1 ) A well managed Ranking and Proper Bonus system can help the gang run smoothly. Also Hiring HC which are really capable of being friendly and professional towards Lower Ranks.

3.2 ) Also I will make HC who are active and matured to understand the roots of problem and find a proper way to manage and fix it.

3.3 ) I will stay neutral while hiring Gang members and giving them rank, which can really make Gang well organize.

3.4 ) Also I will make Special HC for Checking Logs of ammunition and with contacts, which can really help us to avoid GR 6.3

3.6) Adding Special Emotions( commands) during the Robberies to make it intreseting for other gang members, also giving chance to low rank People to Rob in Ghetto as well as Highway.
