2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I started my RP life in crime by joining my first gang, Vagos. There, I enjoyed playing and made new friends who helped me understand the server rules and gang rules. The rules were easy to grasp, which is why I decided to stay dedicated to the gang life.
I want to be the leader of The Families because I have a lot of experience in gang leadership. I was previously the leader of Marabunta, and I have been a deputy thrice (twice in Ballas and once in Vagos). I was an under-deputy when I joined The Families, so I decided I wanted to step up and rise to the level of leader.
I want to lead The Families because it is not just a gang to me; it is a family. I respect the green color and the gang's history. I want to make this name feared in the city and ensure that we are more powerful than the other gangs.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will ensure that my members do not break any server rules. I will make sure everyone respects both the city rules and gang rules so that we maintain immersion and keep the RP professional.
I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning consistent events like gun store robberies, 24/7 store robberies, gang raids, FZ raids, etc. The more activities we do, the higher we can elevate the overall roleplay level.
I believe we should have zero toxicity among gang members. If there is ever a misunderstanding between members, as a leader, I will step in to resolve it and maintain a healthy environment. I also want to build strategic relationships with other gangs so we can support each other when backup is needed.
