• No toxicity should happen in the org and i will try my best to not keep any toxic player in the org as i have seen the most toxic people you can find any org is gang so i will try to avoid it
• There should be proper Rp followed as i have seen gangs getting warning easily due to their rule break and i will try my best to not let any of my member do a rule break and should follow the proper RP script.

a) I have been in the city for more than 3 years now in Grand RP and i have experienced illegal organizations more then legal organizations. Recently i was the deputy of The Families, so now i think i am ready to be a leader of this organization because i was observing everything as a deputy and working hard to keep the term active through events.
b) I will only hire people who knows the basic city rules which will lead to better roleplay without any warnings. And i will not tolerate favoritism those who are worthy will receive ranks of HCs and most importantly everyone should know English else it will effect the flow of roleplay.
c) I observed very carefully every gang interaction with leos and also gangs events. So i know every single details which will improve the roleplay and activity. And i also loved the green color of The Families.

a) As a leader i will help gang members to understand about the basics rules so that they dont effect their and others roleplay.
b) I will hire people who are most active especially during events which will lead to increase in activity and roleplay.
c) I will give more bonus during my term so that every members get motivation to participate in events.

2.2 Since I started my journey to become a leader of the gang I start doing hard work day and night I try too attend all the possible events I can. From when I have joined the gangs the only thing I observed the most about the members that have joined the gang is that they are chasiing ranks , they are not roleplaying and demanding ranks all the time which is directly effecting the roleplay in the gang, Me as a Leader will make sure there will be no rank chasing in my Leadership and everyone participates in proper roleplay and learn how to roleplay.
3.2 As a leader I will make sure every one maintains strict RP standard and follows RP.
3.3 I Will make sure who ever is new to the gang will be guided through by high commands in the gang.
3.4 Max gang activity will be shown in Ghetto , Store robberies , Gunstorerobbery , Max graffiti , Hostage situation , Fz Raids etc..
3.5 I Will encourage gang members to focus on Quality RP.

Starting firstly, Im applying for this leadership position because i do believe i have what it takes to lead Families as i have been here in this server for more than 3.5 years gaining knowledge and experiance eventually being 4x FIB Leader about state and about crime i have been 2x Deputy of gangs, i do believe i am the right person to lead this Gang on its full activity and potential.
2.2. The Families gang's HQ i believe has one of the best spots in general than the other ones in the Ghetto which also makes it more fun and achievable to have fun and more RP in the gang as that very good spot of HQ is very very close on the main area of most active streets and shootouts in the Ghetto which i believe is the ideal gang that i want to run.
2.3. Since being a master of the state's side i know how the Leo's work and coordinate plus having also a very good understanding of leading and all the server rules by being an Administrator of EN2, im very confident i can counter the Leo's by getting the advantages mention previously which will help in the long run of the gang without breaking server rules and the RP which i have seen previous gangs breaking the RP by not doing any at all, or simply by doing rule breaks which i guarantee wont happen in my gang terms.

I would like to take on the leadership role as I have gained valuable experience not only in several gangs but also in various legal organizations throughout my time in the city. Over the past few months, I have developed a strong understanding of how both sides operate. With this experience, I have built solid knowledge of the rules and regulations that must be followed, which I believe is essential for leading the Families effectively
At the moment there has not been much activity with gangs so I will try and build up the activity by recruiting as many serious members as possible and not discriminating as far as who to recruit. If given the chance I will organise and participate in FZ, store robberies, Raid`s, Hostage`s, Graffiti`s and many other events to keep the gang active and fun.
As I being a master of the state's side i know how the Leo's work and coordinate but also being a very good understanding of leading and all the server rules by being an Administrator of EN2, im very sure i can counter the Leo's by having the advantages mentioned before which will work out in my favors long term of the gang without break any server rules and the RP where i have seen previous gangs break the RP by not doing any at all, or just break rules which i guarantee wont happen in my gang terms.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
First things first in my terms, i already have planned the best Deputies for the gang which are very trusted, disciplined and knowledgeable of the Ghetto rules, server rules and RP rules to help me dominate with the power of teamwork and discipline the Ghetto.
As i will be going to be the Gang leader i will ensure the members to reply on RP and without breaking server rules, no toxicity or harassment will be will be allowed in gang

2.1: Till Today I have been a part of all legal and illegal organization... as after the main High commands, i have experienced every single organization, with as a learner to a level of guider, from this i have gained enough experience for a leader....as i am currently in a illegal org i have seen that Families lost it's vide and power which families had hold the power of crime in the city overall now families had a big BD so, from this thing i thought that, when i was new to city at that time families had a power crime, it wasn't easy to join that powerful gang, now it have lost everything by the change of terms and the time, i wanna make it as previous powerful gang as it was...
2.2: As a part of legal organization i have learned what strategies to follow from this advantage if i have been take a leadership i can follow a new strategies against leo's... with my capabilities of a team leader and a knowledge of the leaders and rules i wanna make a powerful gang, and my i wanna start my journey of leadership's, which only families gang can give me...
