2.1)I have gained a lot of experience by being a deputy many times and leader of vagos too, I know my vagos term not get succesfull but at the starting of my term till the end i showed max activities and i promised at this time also i will show activities more than that and make my term succesfull with 0 warn and 0 rulebreak that is why I feel that I am capable of becoming a leader. When I was a leader, I handled the whole term well. That is why I feel that I can handle the gang well and I have to make the gangs as dangerous as possible in the city.
2.2)I started my joining with families gang, that's why I am applying for Families and its rights are also very good, Families is good in all things and I have a plan to install a solar plant in the rights of Families, so that my gang members get more and good bonuses and they themselves attend all the events.
2.3)I will appoint good and well experienced deputies who also have experience of leadership who will help me in 100 percent turf building and will also be term successful. That too without any warning, I will paint all the ghettos into Families and we will rule the ghettos. We will especially attend night events so that fear of families is created in the minds of Leos.

โข I want to become a Leader because I worked as high command in previous terms of families as well as other gangs although I worked as High command in every Legal Orgs and Now I think am able to start my Next journey of leadership as city needs a Highly active gang where I had the leader qualities that qualifies me and Iโll manage everything to lead the gang while maintaining roleplay rules and terms.

my advice to improving the roleplay organization i can consistency in events if i will l organized back to back events so the player also get so much fun in events for shooting and all things i maintain that fear in leos always so that was so much of fun like inshort we can do so many events back to back.

2.1 As i have alot of experience in illegal side, And I was in The Families from a really long time and also know to handle critical situations and manage everything in the gang.
2.2 As I love to do RP and have enough knowledge to get the gang leadership. My recruitment plan will be to hire active members into the gang and they should have enough knowledge to get their rank accordingly.
2.3 My goals will be to make The Families the best gang in the whole history and will attend as many events we can For Example: Store Robbery,Gun Store Robbery,FZ Raid etc... And I will make the turf team the best i could.

3.1 I will makesure that there will be no conflicts in between my own gang members and everything works properly without favouritism.

- I have been in this city from more than 6 months in this time I have experiences both legal and illegal organisations.
- After being under deputy of all gangs I know about all the rules and know how to manage a gang.

(2.1)I want to lead The Families because the day I switched from legal organization to gangs i felt like there is so much potential here which is not being used at all.
(2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
(2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Families gang the city has ever seen. I want the cops to get the feeling that "it must be Families" whenever they hear about a store robbery or hostage situation. I want my gang to dominate illegal roleplay. - Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
My goal is to make Families worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!- Main goals is to become most active gang in the server with quality roleplay

2.1 I will become the leader of The Families, build a gang stronger than the current ones, and show them who the strongest gang is. Besides that, I will lead them and perform FIB Attack.
2.2 The headquarters are location in the main ghetto area. I will seize control of the main ghetto area as Families. I will make more chaos in the ghetto.
2.3 I will stick to old traditions and oppose drug sale. I will be number one among other gangs in weapon and ammunation smuggling, weapon and ammunation sales, gang raids, robberies, and thefts, showing them who the real owner behind these events is.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will take all the new members to the arena, teach them how to use weapons, and when they are ready, I will send them into chaos of the ghetto.
3.2 I will teach them how to make easy money. I will help them with things like robberies and weapon and ammunation sale.
3.3 I will teach them how to rob people, I will teach them important tactics for gun fight with the Leo's , and I will make them invincible.
3.4 I am gonna follow the rules at all gang events and teach them to play by the rules and have fun.
3.5 By offering the highest bonuses in the city, I will prevent my members from experiencing money problems. I will teach them new things every day and increase the level of roleplay on the server.
