Goodmorning my dear highupers.
Today I m writing this forum and it might be a little long but it's very important according to me for the betterment of this city.

1. I have experienced all cities but the laws in this cities and the system in this city is a little bit unrealistic and problematic for me.

Like right now the AG is head of DOJ he have the right to hire or dismiss the SCJ and judiciary members as per his will. Which is unrealistic since Both AG and SCJ should be the head of DOJ and and AG shouldn't have powers to remove SCJ since in laws it's written SCJ have the right to dismiss a motion from AG. But if AG can fire them what's the point of that law.



2. Also when AG or SCJ make new law or amend legislation themselves with executive order they are skipping and violating the following rule of states:-
`1.20 Governor must conduct a meeting with all of leaders of state orgs in the official discord voice channel and put a screnshot of an amendment made in the channel called "legislation change"| WARN (to leader)`

`1.21 Leaders must review the legislation change with the limit of 48 hours | Verbal warning`

`1.22 If a leader agrees with a legislation changes he has to write approved in the channel called "legislation change" `

`1.23 A leader cannot disagree to a legislation change without a valid reason. | Verbal Warning`

`1.24 All of the amendments made should be approved as well by Senior Curator of State which the governor has to tag in the channel "legislation change" | WARN (to leader)`b

3. Also SCJ issuing Executive order and Using Executive order to make changes in legialation further violates:

`2.9 The government has the right to create laws / bills, provided that they do not contradict the RP component or logic in principle.`

- Because
- SCJ cannot issue Executive order, contradicted RP component and have no logic.
- Executive orders cannot make law changes, contradicts logic in principle.
I think the justice system in en3 needs to be improvised and looked.
Also governor must have power since right now it looks AG holds all power and governor is just a puppet since AG is chosen by curators.

Also there's no separation of powers which should be there since AG works for executive and judges for judiciary.

At the end we all want betterment of this city. I hope my suggestions will be taken consideration since this will improve the rp and justice system of en3 would be improved.

I just want to add something that's eveytime i go to capitol and Ask for lawyer
They tell me there is no lawyer available and this happened alot of time
Because its ic problème and we just have 48 hours and also sometimes the lawyers they are available but they did not respond and they did not do there jobs so i want also Gouvernement curators to find solution of this problème please

Agreed studied the en1 laws and en2 laws en1 is overall at top but laws in en2 are also Good compared to our city laws where evrything is influenced by curators. And especially as Ex DOJ members right now the law system of en3 is not so good since there's no separation of powers are there and evrything is controlled by AG.
I don't mean any disrespct but it's harsh truth our city needs a good law and i think this would improve rp .

Couple of days I suggeted to lower the fine ammounts so that crime takes place and creates rp but no response was given too.


Also I noticed there's no bench verdicts for a long time. Before AG used to get warn for that since he was head but I doubt if it happens now.

Also AG used to get warning if there are no bench trials, they have one SCJ right now and he is on a LOA why is this AG being immune to punishments from the government curators

The question is also, how does the AG get appointed by curators? Because I know the Governor asked his curators to change the AG and give the position to me and allegedly it got rejected.
Do we have to apply on forums now to become AG, with signatures and an application and how does the punishment look like if the AG becomes inactive?

Hello,

I am a former Governor, and I want to address an issue regarding the Department of Justice (DOJ). During my term, I was not allowed to choose my Attorney General (AG) that I want to see as ag in my term and was instead assigned one by the curator. I was told he was suitable, so I accepted the decision. But inlast we got many dispute in whole term.

However, the AG repeatedly caused issues, remained inactive during public protests, and allowed public trust to decline. An arrest warrant was issued for Anna without proper cause, which further damaged public confidence. And also the ag should be unbiased towards anyone but if someone make any questions on scj about rulebrake what my ag did he remove the scj and no action was taken by doj curator
Hopefully the relationship between Doj and gov should be good

My question is: if the DOJ is a separate entity and the AG is appointed by the curator, who is responsible when the DOJ makes a mistake—the Governor or the AG? Who should receive an org warning?

I also request that the authority to choose the Attorney General be returned to the Governor

When my term starts mark was ag but due to some ooc problem he was unable to continue then the state and terror event was going on and we need a temp ag for hostage for that we took rexy who just came down from admin team but we took him for temp

When I ask curator to change my ag from rexy to tebrak federal ishaan said you already give these reason for rexy in chat before but I didn't recommend rexy animytim I recommend only tebraj but I don't know how ishaan know that I talk with rexy. May be they both are friends if you allow me to provide proofs on dms or here.

Also I heard in Lucas Term , AG passed executive orders without Governor's approval I mean how can he do it since executive orders are related to Government policies without governor's approval he can't take decision it's basically he's doing everything like a dictator and governor is just a puppet or scapegoat for his actions.

Laws are made by government approval from governor and other org leaders and similarly any law ammendments should be. But this doesn't seems to happen here. Since AG can just pass executive orders without Governor or Other Org leaders and ammend laws.

Also AG is supposed to be the lawyer/advisor of government. If he can appoint Judges basically Court is run by him which doesn't make any sense of democracy.

I completely agree with what Rambo said there, all the executive orders were getting posted without me being informed, I'm the governor of the state and I don't even what what law is being implemented and when I confronted this issue to Curators, they said "DOJ is a seperate entity" I mean iam not even eligible to know what's happening in doj as a governor. Moreover my whole term the doj was dead and the AG was paying compensation. Multiple complaints were coming to me about DOJ but I literally I couldn't do anything because the curator doesn't care about what I say. Even EX AGs and SCJs were criticising The AG about his incompetency. And when I tried to change the AG because everybody lost confidence in the government because of the AG Ishaan rejected it. I dont know why but I lowkey think ishaan is biased and doing favouritism for Rexy Romano, as we already know that they were fellow curators of government together. Im not accusing them of this but a mere suspicion came into my mind
