I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully appeal my current ban and ask for a possible reduction.

I understand that my actions violated the rules, and I take full responsibility for my mistake. Since the ban, I’ve taken time to reflect on what I did wrong and understand why the rule exists. It was never my intention to cause harm, disruption, or negatively affect the community.

I truly value this community and the experience it offers. If given another chance, I assure you that I will strictly follow all rules and contribute positively moving forward. I’ve learned from this situation and will make sure it does not happen again.

I kindly ask you to consider reducing the duration of my ban. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to prove that I can be a responsible and respectful member.
