Life Story:
Marklon Finlandia was born in Los Santos. Marklon's mother and father served in high command positions in the FIB for years. They always fought for their country and fulfilled their duty. Marklon grew up and passed his agent interviews. Everyone thought he would become an honorable agent like his family. However he chose to earn his living in other ways. Sometimes he would perform poor agent service and mistreat people. He no longer cared about anything but money but only one friend knew he was doing this Yusuf. And now he had recruited Yusuf to his side. Together they earned their living and distinguished themselves in the FIB.
Career Story:
Marklon followed in his fathers footsteps and became a successful agents. Despite initially being marginalised and unsuccessful he eventually adapted and began rising through the ranks in the FIB. He performed his duties well organised events and ultimately became one of the most successful agents. Marklon had finally successful. Like his father he was a high ranking officer and everyone respected him but he wanted more. He sacrificed almost everything he loved to become the directors right hand man and eventually he did. for Marklon this was enough it was his goal and he had achieved it. Now even if he died he would be a agent remembered. And finally, although Marklon knew he would be remembered fondly the bad things he did would inevitably come to light.
Outcomes:
1. Marklon can sell/buy weapons and drugs (no org stuff).
2. Marklon can take task from darknet and help prisonners escape the prison
3. Marklon can search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, he can break it (/do breaks bodycam)
4. Marklon robs/kills in the ghetto, or kidnaps and robs/kills in isolated areas (following Gen 6.16, SR 5.5, and Ghetto-rule 1.8).
5. Marklon can remove criminals from the wanted list and clear their criminal records.
6. Marklon can lie about requests for a lawyer and refuse to show his ID.
7. Marklon can be take hostage (max 100k)
8. Marklon can pick up 10-15s guns/ammo and keep them.
9. Marklon can leak info about operations to gangs and take money for it (the compensation can be discussed with the buyer).
10. Marklon can put a tape on someone's mouth to prevent them from talking. (/Try twice per situation)
