A1: I had started roleplay journey before 7 Months during this time I had tried state organizations and crime ones as well I learned various things also I was a leader of a crime organization which had ended successfully with least warns so after all I have nothing left to do at all that's why I want to step out from the roleplay life.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
=> I want to become admin and leave RP life because i think i have gained enough experience in both state and crime and i am familiar with the server rules. I first started in 2023 in EN01 there i was level 21 and then after a year or so i was playing in EN03 there same i was till like 12 level if i remember correctly and then i had left in between and now i am playing in EN02 because unfortunately i forgot my password of both EN01 and EN03, so yeah i think i got enough experience in this server and want to contribute as an admin.

What are your strengths?
=> My strengths are:
1) I have good communication
2) I am a quick learner
3) Ability to think under high stress/pressure
4) I give 100% in the work i do

What are your weaknesses?
=> My weakness are:
I sometimes loose my temper and patience

=> I actually have clear communication, so i can clearly communicate with people and respect my fellow members and i stay professional and also help new members get familiar with the server and give them tips on how to make money at starting

      Ans: I am getting board now in RP life and this time i want to end this and wanna become admin. I grinded too much on en2 city and i want to join admin team so that I can do work as i liked. I also love admins that they punish those people who break rules and also love to teach newbies. I am now in the form that I can become admin.

I want to leave rp life beacuse i think now i am familiar to grand rp rules and have good knowledge about the city. I really like to help the new peoples who are new and need some help with anything about the city. I also like to give punishment to the cheaters and the citizens who are breaking the rules that can effact the role play, and from the day i join this beautiful city i really wanted to become an Admin so i think this is time to show my skills and knowledge about grand rp.

   I want to become an admin because I’m more interested in supporting the server and helping players than continuing my personal RP I’ve already experienced RP from multiple sides and now I want to focus on maintaining fairness handling situations correctly and assisting the community. I understand that admin responsibility comes first and I’m ready to step away from RP-life to avoid bias and conflicts of interest.
