2- In this city i have been part of both illegal and legal organizations but the fun you get in the gang is unmatched , moreover i also have experience as a deputy of marabunta and families so i am aware of the responsibilities that i would get if i were to be a leader.

2. Hiring more people: inviting multiple people from aliense Ballas can increase RP.
3. Only Experienced inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
4. Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confident/perfect RP.
5. RP commands will increase will increase quailty of Role Play of each individual so automatically increase RP.

a).I have been part of most of the legal and illegal organisation from the trainie rank to ACP and AG same for gang also I learned everything from the HC of the organisation some time my mistakes teaches me a lot.

And I had seen in most of the gangs there are 30 peoples but still they lose thats not because most of the people are not good at shooting or else it's totally depends on the stretegy and coordination if have the leadership i will not depend on the number we will be performing every event with strategy and coordination.

I mostly seen in many gangs that they actually didn't know the general rules they are shooting inside there hq without demand do vdm ,cr and many kind rule break which actually effect the roleplay to avoid these things me and my deputies will make sure that everybody knows basic server rules there interview will be taken and there wrong answer will be correct by explaining.

I know Ballas discipline, loyalty, and dominance in the neighborhood, and I am familiar with his past, which is why I possess and embrace the same discipline and loyalty. (A) I want to become the leader of the East Side Ballas because I have a lot of experience working with LEOs, and I understand how gangs operate. I believe there is a huge amount of potential within gangs that is not being fully utilized. As a leader, I want to work on those areas that have been ignored or that no one has been able to develop properly, and use that potential in the right way to strengthen the gang.


(B) The first gang I ever joined was Marabunta Grande, and I learned that gangs have a lot of things that make roleplay exciting. They keep players engaged and give them a real sense of belonging, which helps them stay involved properly. Many players move to the LEO side because of hourly salary and lower risk, where as for gang members it is the opposite they face arrests and fines. Since I come from the LEO side myself, I understand how this system works, and I know how both sides think and operate.

(C) As we all know, the name Ballas already stands at the top and carries its own powerful reputation. People are afraid to enter the ghetto just by hearing the Ballas name. As a leader, I want to continue and strengthen this legacy.I want LEOs to feel that whenever there is a store robbery or a hostage situation, the first thought that comes to their mind is that it could be the Ballas. I want to create that level of fear and presence.My goal is to make Ballas the gang everyone wants to join, to dominate every event, and to remain at the top consistently. I will ensure that my gang stays active both day and night, making Ballas the most active and influential gang in the city.

I believe that simply filling a gang with members has no real benefit unless those members have proper knowledge. Lack of knowledge can create problems not only for the gang but also for the player himself. That is why I will recruit knowledgeable and experienced people in my high command who will ensure that every member is properly trained and informed about the rules, so that no rules are broken unintentionally.If any of our gang members ever breaks a rule, we will not remove them immediately like other gangs do, because everyone deserves a second chance.Another important point is activity. We will maintain a high level of activity so that our members stay fully engaged in roleplay and genuinely feel the RP experience from the heart. Proper bonuses will be given to members, which will help them in many ways and motivate them to participate in new and upcoming events.We will handle every event properly, paying attention even to the smallest details to ensure that no rules are violated.
