• I want to become specific leader of this gang because it was my first gang which I had ever joined. I learned, experienced, enjoyed doing rp in gang and also I learnt city rules here. I do not have any specific deputy experience but I have experience of under deputy in all gangs and also know all the rules regarding gangs. I know the things what to do and to run a gang efficiently.
• I want to choose Ballas because this organisation have a biggest headquarter and it is in the main ghetto where we can look around the whole ghetto. It also have a area where we can place solars and cannabis seeds which will give profit to us. This gang is the famous amongst all other gangs and people love to join it.
• As a leader of East Side Ballas I want to lead the gang with legacy and determination. I am capable enough to run an organisation. I have support from my family and friends those who will help me to make the gang active and successful.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:
• We gonna make good bonds and friendship with all other gangs which will help us to increase our activity and to prevent Leo's from defeating us.
• I will see to it that there is no conflict between my own gang members and there is no toxicity in my term, all should respect each other whether it's highcommand or low command. Also I will look into it that there is no favoritism.
• We gonna plant Solar panels, cannabis seeds and sell extra ammunition which will give us profit to increase our organisation balance and will help to give out good bonuses.
• I gonna hire deputies who have good knowledge in gang side as they will take interview of other guys to check their knowledge and take them in gang as a member which will prevent us from mass rule breaks and unnecessarily warnings.
• All the gang members will be rewarded for their hard work and activity every week as it will influence other members to do more work for the reward.

My Goals:

• To paint the whole ghetto in purple.

2.1 I want to become the leader of gangs because i can see these days gangs are very less active
as compared to last few months so i want to increase gang activities in city and increase the level of roleplay
in city and make active and make everyone enjoy the roleplay

2.2 I have very good leadership quality so i can lead a gang very nicely and will make sure that our gang attends every event on regular basis and our gang is most active in the city.
I want to make Ballas on top and wanna make it most active in the history and i will try my best to do so.

2.3 I also want to become leader of this gang because i have lot of experience in city in each org which will help me to handle the gang and make it active. I also have experience of 14 rank in Jin's term in Ballas and i was also in Bloods in many time in total i was 4 - 5 months in gang from which i have gained excellent experience in gangs.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.,

3.1 I will make sure to attend maximum number of events daily with nice number of people and try my best to win it and will make gangs active.

3.2 I will make sure to do maximum number of graffities every hour by increasing graffiti bonuses and encourage everyone to do graffities.

3.3 I will make sure that there is no favoritism and toxicity going on in the gang and will also make sure to give rank according to persons activity not by favoritism so that max people join my gang get rank as per their activity.

And I learned that gangs have many qualities that make role-playing exciting. They keep players engaged in the game and give them a real sense of belonging, which helps them to properly participate in the game. While many players side with law enforcement due to the hourly wage and lower risk, the opposite is true for gang members; they face arrest and fines. Because I also work on the law enforcement side, I understand how this system works and how both sides think and act.​

I believe that simply filling a gang with members doesn't really benefit them if the members lack sufficient knowledge. A lack of knowledge can create problems not only for the gang but also for the player themselves. Therefore, I will bring in knowledgeable and experienced individuals to my upper command to ensure that every member is properly trained and informed about the rules, so that no rule is unintentionally broken. If any of our gang members break a rule, we won't immediately remove them like other gangs do, because everyone deserves a second chance. Another important point is activity. We will maintain a high level of activity to ensure our members are fully engaged in role-playing and truly feel the role-playing experience from the heart. Members will be given appropriate bonuses that will help them in many ways and motivate them to participate in new and upcoming events. We will handle every event properly, paying attention to even the smallest details to ensure no rules are broken. We will also ensure members receive the ranks they truly deserve based on their skills and performance, so there will be no favoritism and no one will feel wronged. As I mentioned before, we want knowledgeable members who role-play with both heart and mind, who truly want to feel the thrill of role-playing, and we will ensure they experience this correctly through organized FZ raids, store robberies, hostage situations, territory wars, and many more events.​
