Respected Administration Team,
During a car theft situation, I gave my Level 4 Car Scanner to my friend for safekeeping in case I got arrested, since the scanner is extremely valuable. After the situation ended, I asked him to return it, but he refused to give it back. I want to clearly state that this is not about the money or the value of the item. The real issue is the rule break and the negative impact it has on roleplay. Actions like this make RP unfair and frustrating for players who try to follow the rules properly. Breaking rules for personal benefit ruins the RP environment and makes the experience annoying for others.
