I joined this project in 2024 and I have been playing in this server for over 1.5 years and it's time for me to take the next step. 1-Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans-I want to become an admin because I want to take more responsibility and help the server grow. In RP life I learned the rules and player behavior, and now I want to use that experience to help others. I want to make sure rules are followed fairly, solve problems calmly, and support new players. I’m not leaving RP because I’m bored — I just want to contribute in a bigger way.
2-What are your strengths?
Ans-
My strengths are that I am calm, patient, and responsible. I don’t react quickly in heated situations and I try to understand both sides before making any decision. I am active on the server and serious about rules. I also learn fast from my mistakes and always try to improve myself. I believe these qualities will help me handle admin responsibilities properly

Ans-One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I overthink decisions because I want to be completely fair. This can make me take a little extra time before acting. I also try to handle many things on my own instead of asking for help quickly. But I am working on improving these by managing my time better and communicating more with the team.

Ans-I can bring good communication skills, patience, and a fair mindset to the admin team. I know how to stay calm in stressful situations and listen to both sides before making a decision. I understand the server rules and RP environment, so I can handle reports properly and guide new players correctly. I am also active and dedicated, which means I will take my responsibilities seriously and support the team whenever needed.

I been part of Grand Rp for a considerable amount of time, primarily being part of state organizations (GOV,FIB,LSPD) Through that experience I was able to gain knowledge not only of the rules but as well of life in the city and used what I had learned to help a number of people.
