If the logs show that no items were removed from my inventory, then I am even more confused, because the items are clearly not visible or accessible in-game.
This suggests that either:
• There may be a synchronization or database display issue
• The items exist in logs but are not loading properly
• There was an internal reset/system action not reflected as “removal”
Since the Curator has been informed, I respectfully request a final clarification:
If the items were not removed according to logs,
→ then where are they currently located in the system?
The missing items include Battle Pass vehicles, GC cars, non-tradeable items, and high-value clothes, and the total investment on this game is approximately $5,000–$7,000 USD.
I am not making accusations. I am simply requesting a clear, technical explanation of why these items are not accessible while logs show no removal.
Given the financial value involved, I would appreciate a final and transparent clarification from project leadership.
