2.1 As I have been part of every single legal and illegal orgs in the city so now I know almost every thing about them and how they function. I have been in illegal orgs and gangs under the influence of many great and successful leader so now I think that this the time for me to become the leader of families and proof my capabilities & knowledge i built and learned from my senior brothers (gang leaders).

2.2 Because of my past experience in the Leos I am almost knowledgeable about all the strategies and combat tactic with enough information about how they work and function against the gang so I think that under my leadership all my homies and brothers will survive and dominate maximum of the events and situation against the Leos I think my leadership skills are enough to turn the tides and make families the most feared and respected gang in the city.

2.3 I think that only hiring the people who have experience is not the wisest decision in my term i want that every single person have a fair changes to grow and gain knowledge so that everyone will not go through the hardship that i have gone through i want there journey go smooth and memorable i want to become the leader of families so that I can improve the life's of my brothers suffering in side ghetto.

3.1 I will make a good bonus system which will fully depend on the contribution of the person for the gang.
3.2 I will focus on hiring and training my brothers well so that they can survive in ghetto.
3.3 I will ensure that every one will be following the rules and experience members tech them about the rules so that my term will go smooth.
3.4 I will make sure that my term will active so that people will not get board and it will make the RP more interacted.
3.5 I will make sure that there will be not discrimination, federation or racism in my term so that the RP will be more fair and friendly for all

During My time on Grand En2 i have wanted too run a gang for the longest time, So i started joining gangs and learning all about it, Then i decided Too try state where ive then become Ex HC in each legal orgs and a HC in bloods Meaning i have the leadership skills too run organizations so now i have decided its time too run a gang, Using the people and community i know and Using the leadership skills i have i believe i am ready too run the families gang. I want too make the gang a toxic free space full of people who just want too fight and enjoy their time, i would also like too aim for 100% turfs for families but which gang leader don't wanna aim for this Lastly Overall i think gangs need better roleplay when it comes too Events and situations and this is what im willing too do, MAKE THAT CHANGE!

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

A) My first Improvement is have families Roaming and Conquering ghetto alot more then normal as seen before they arent very popular in ghetto as much as they should be, I also wanna make sure families are at every event and have high activity
B) Next things is too make sure my gangs isnt toxic and keeps a High Balanced amount of good rp when in situations and events and shows that families is on top and ready too dominate all the time
C) Making Sure that i have good connection with LEOS and Not a hate hate hate kind of relationship by hosting events and globals Frequently Too show our appreciation too the good rp they provide too help with the overall Opinion on "Families Gang"

So for a while now I have been taking a huge role in both legal and illegal organizations, I feel like I have good enough knowledge to make me the best of the best of the person I am.

I have been a part of this project now from almost the start of this project, I feel like I know at least everything I need to know to be the best leader to make a successful term. I have many times needed to take control of the org that I have been in when leaders have been absent to make sure everything will go smoothly. When doing that it has given me a lot of rules and experience to take into consideration.

The reason I am applying to Families is because it was one of the first gangs I joined when I first came into the city. It gave me a lot of warmth and strengths, I would like to give back to the community by helping new people in the city by giving them the experience they need to possibly be their own leader sometime.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization​

So firstly, I will have 2 Deputies that handle the hiring and event leading to make sure no rulebreaks happen.

I will have 1 deputy to handle the turf.

And the 4th deputy will be a first-time deputy I can learn to be a great deputy.

So how this will work is that the 2 main deputy leaders will manage the gang like they were the leader to optimize their experience so they could apply at a later time, but also to be trusted that my term will be successful. They will and need to give interviews to everyone that wants to join to make sure they can uphold and know the server rules.

And I see myself now it's not the same as before when joining a gang, because now you will straight up get an invite to the org without any interview and that's why I think it's a lot of rulebreaks now.
