I have been in illegal orgs and gangs under the influence of many great and successful leader so now I think that this the time for me to become the leader of families and proof my capabilities & knowledge i built and learned from my senior brothers (gang leaders).

2.2 Because of my past experience in the Leos I am almost knowledgeable about all the strategies and combat tactic with enough information about how they work and function against the gang so I think that under my leadership all my homies and brothers will survive and dominate maximum of the events and situation against the Leos I think my leadership skills are enough to turn the tides and make families the most feared and respected gang in the city.

So for a while now I have been taking a huge role in both legal and illegal organizations, I feel like I have good enough knowledge to make me the best of the best of the person I am.

I have been a part of this project now from almost the start of this project, I feel like I know at least everything I need to know to be the best leader to make a successful term. I have many times needed to take control of the org that I have been in when leaders have been absent to make sure everything will go smoothly. When doing that it has given me a lot of rules and experience to take into consideration.

The reason I am applying to Families is because it was one of the first gangs I joined when I first came into the city. It gave me a lot of warmth and strengths, I would like to give back to the community by helping new people in the city by giving them the experience they need to possibly be their own leader sometime.

So firstly, I will have 2 Deputies that handle the hiring and event leading to make sure no rulebreaks happen.

I will have 1 deputy to handle the turf.

And the 4th deputy will be a first-time deputy I can learn to be a great deputy.

So how this will work is that the 2 main deputy leaders will manage the gang like they were the leader to optimize their experience so they could apply at a later time, but also to be trusted that my term will be successful. They will and need to give interviews to everyone that wants to join to make sure they can uphold and know the server rules.

And I see myself now it's not the same as before when joining a gang, because now you will straight up get an invite to the org without any interview and that's why I think it's a lot of rulebreaks now.

• So accordingly to my personal experiences whenever I wanted to join any gang I try to go the hq of the gang but the thing is people of the gangs were not there so for this reason I've to go to another gang as most of people's don't have favourite People's Who will come Personally To Invite Them You Know Or it might be because they were on gang raid or somewhere I'll make sure that anyone who is coming to join or capable of joining will not go without joining my gang.​

• I Will take my gang members to the arena to improve their Shooting Skills I'll teach them how to take cover I'll make my best turfers trainers so they will teach my gang members.

I started my RP life in crime by joining my first gang, Vagos. There, I enjoyed playing and made new friends who helped me understand the server rules and gang rules. The rules were easy to grasp, which is why I decided to stay dedicated to the gang life.
I want to be the leader of The Families because I have a lot of experience in gang leadership. I was previously the leader of Marabunta, and I have been a deputy thrice (twice in Ballas and once in Vagos). I was an under-deputy when I joined The Families, so I decided I wanted to step up and rise to the level of leader.
I want to lead The Families because it is not just a gang to me; it is a family. I respect the green color and the gang's history. I want to make this name feared in the city and ensure that we are more powerful than the other gangs.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will ensure that my members do not break any server rules. I will make sure everyone respects both the city rules and gang rules so that we maintain immersion and keep the RP professional.
I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning consistent events like gun store robberies, 24/7 store robberies, gang raids, FZ raids, etc. The more activities we do, the higher we can elevate the overall roleplay level.
I believe we should have zero toxicity among gang members. If there is ever a misunderstanding between members, as a leader, I will step in to resolve it and maintain a healthy environment. 1) Families is the first gang I joined in the city and in the same chapter I got HC rank because of my high activity daily, I also help the leader in completing weekly challenges and bring some of my friends to Families.

2) I passed with families attak of the capitol (special mession) and we win (clapp Leos) that's why families are closest to my heart and I love it so much because I have a great history with them .

3) I spend a lot of time with families: As a hc in 16 terms, I have a lot of memories in this terms cuz we do a great job and we trace our names in the city.

4) I love the illegal side, I play as a gangster and also as a leo , but my heart goes with the illegal side for me it is the most fun side because we can do a lot of things (we can sell weapons in the black market, we can craft weapons, we can steal money and rob atm's, attack and raid the fz , we can rob the store, we can steal vehicles...)





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) I can improve the roleplay by inviting the maximum number of players (over 5y) and hiring the best turfers in the city to clap the leos in the events every time and make everyone afraid of families and now that we are the most criminals we are not joking or joking.

2) I will give the players a day plan every day so that we are prepared for anything .

3) I will send messages in the DC chat before each event to remind my members and allow them to fly into the city and come to MP to win the event easily .

since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Marabunta Grande the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

I started my RP life in crime by joining my first gang, Vagos. There, I enjoyed playing and made new friends who helped me understand the server rules and gang rules. The rules were easy to grasp, which is why I decided to stay dedicated to the gang life.
I want to be the leader of The Families because I have a lot of experience in gang leadership. I was previously the leader of Marabunta, and I have been a deputy thrice (twice in Ballas and once in Vagos). I was an under-deputy when I joined The Families, so I decided I wanted to step up and rise to the level of leader.
I want to lead The Families because it is not just a gang to me; it is a family. I respect the green color and the gang's history. I want to make this name feared in the city and ensure that we are more powerful than the other gangs.

I will ensure that my members do not break any server rules. I will make sure everyone respects both the city rules and gang rules so that we maintain immersion and keep the RP professional.
I will keep my gang more active than other gangs by planning consistent events like gun store robberies, 24/7 store robberies, gang raids, FZ raids, etc. The more activities we do, the higher we can elevate the overall roleplay level.
I believe we should have zero toxicity among gang members. If there is ever a misunderstanding between members, as a leader, I will step in to resolve it and maintain a healthy environment. 2.1 As I have been part of every single legal and illegal org in the city so now I know almost everything about them and how they function.
