Rejected Banned for gr 1.9

Hello dear administrators.

Today when i join the game i saw i got a punisment about GR 1.9 and it says "1.9 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days"
but i sold my old car to my friend who just joined game. You can check he has no money and i invited him to game. I never wanted to evade from taxes and i didnt get money from him. I never wanted to evade from tax. The car costs only 100k and if i gave him to money instead of car it will be no evade from tax. I just tried to give him a good start. Please sir remove my ban because i didnt do anything wrong.
