1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I have been in RP for more than 2 years now and I have been FIB Director completing two successful terms and I have explored different organisations and mainly I was in legal organisation for a long time and I have also exploded RP in many ways and now I want to become an admin to help players and to punish people who are doing rule breaks.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I been part of Grand Rp for a considerable amount of time, primarily being part of state organizations (GOV,FIB,LSPD) Through that experience I was able to gain knowledge not only of the rules but as well of life in the city and used what I had learned to help a number of people. I was able to experience to the fullest all that city have to offer, I want to keep learning and be able to keep helping make this community better.

Communication. Friendly nature. Time management. Seriousness. Patience. Calm under pressure

Sometimes I trust people easily when they don't deserved it.

-Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Having been the Leader of East Side Ballas, I’ve handled an organization, stop conflicts, maintained coordination. And legally, as Under Deputy in multiple organisations have a hefty amount of experience and knowing what tricks people might use to bend the rules i think i cant counter them.
GRP is an amazing experience I learned a lot but I now feel as though the more appropriate way to support the server would be not as a player or competitor but to help keep things running better. I will make sure to be fair and consistent, make sure rules were followed properly so players can have quality no biased decision or favoritism RP especially those new to the community.

-What are your strengths?
• Knowledge of the legal and illegal both sides of the server.
• Calm decision-making.
• Handling stress and anger.
• Active and accountable when given a responsibility.

-What are your weaknesses?
My one vulnerability is that I am certain and excellent at trusting others when working nearby in groups. But past leadership experience has taught me the importance of being more observative and analytical before making big decisions. Sometimes I overthink situations and do this in a way that allows me to feel that what I’m deciding is the most accurate decision: It’s less indecisiveness than controlled caution.

-What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I know how players try to exploit mechanics or bend rules. It helps me to connect the dots early, and address things. I can reasonably handle tickets, be professional at all times.

Yes, I do not own one.

There are no IRL issues affecting my activity at the moment.

I am not applying impulsively. After failing as a leader, I am applying with a deeper understanding of how servers really work. Now that I am prepared to abandon RP life and embrace accountability and consistency. I have learned that administration doesn’t mean to rule — it’s being accountable. If I am given the opportunity, I will maintain the standards of conduct required from the team and represent it in a professional manner.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
During my time in the server I have joined in dozens of orgs at high responsibility ranks. And as part of my time, I was Marabunta Leader, and Deputy for Ballas, Vagos and Bloods along with underdeputy in almost all legal orgs. Each time made me more experienced about the server and crime+state dynamics.
My term of leadership were successful and stable, but I stopped playing the game because of being tired not because of instability or issues. So now that I am back, am all about being active again.
I want to become an admin because I know directly how crimes work and can keep things fair, and deal with rulebreakers. I no longer want to engage in the server as a player instead as a admin and give back to the community.

What are your weaknesses?
Since I’m loyal to responsibilities once i decide to do them, I can be very strict on myself if something doesnt happen upto my expectation.
