I do not have any specific deputy experience but I have experience of under deputy in all gangs and also know all the rules regarding gangs. I know the things what to do and to run a gang efficiently.
• I want to choose Ballas because this organisation have a biggest headquarter and it is in the main ghetto where we can look around the whole ghetto. It also have a area where we can place solars and cannabis seeds which will give profit to us. This gang is the famous amongst all other gangs and people love to join it.

• We gonna make good bonds and friendship with all other gangs which will help us to increase our activity and to prevent Leo's from defeating us.
• I will see to it that there is no conflict between my own gang members and there is no toxicity in my term, all should respect each other whether it's highcommand or low command. Also I will look into it that there is no favoritism.
• We gonna plant Solar panels, cannabis seeds and sell extra ammunition which will give us profit to increase our organisation balance and will help to give out good bonuses.

They keep players engaged in the game and give them a real sense of belonging, which helps them to properly participate in the game. While many players side with law enforcement due to the hourly wage and lower risk, the opposite is true for gang members; they face arrest and fines. Because I also work on the law enforcement side, I understand how this system works and how both sides think and act.​

I believe that simply filling a gang with members doesn't really benefit them if the members lack sufficient knowledge. A lack of knowledge can create problems not only for the gang but also for the player themselves. Therefore, I will bring in knowledgeable and experienced individuals to my upper command to ensure that every member is properly trained and informed about the rules, so that no rule is unintentionally broken. If any of our gang members break a rule, we won't immediately remove them like other gangs do, because everyone deserves a second chance. Another important point is activity. We will maintain a high level of activity to ensure our members are fully engaged in role-playing and truly feel the role-playing experience from the heart. Members will be given appropriate bonuses that will help them in many ways and motivate them to participate in new and upcoming events. We will handle every event properly, paying attention to even the smallest details to ensure no rules are broken. We will also ensure members receive the ranks they truly deserve based on their skills and performance, so there will be no favoritism and no one will feel wronged. I want to be the leader of the Ballas because I see lot of time the gang active few days then get inactive i believed that i want to be a leader and make a name of my leadership it is an old gang from the beginning now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Ballas regains its vibe and that people fear it.

2.1 Deep Understanding of Roleplay and City

Having been with the city for some time now. I have come to understand how roleplay really works on both ends of the equation. I know how criminal roleplay should be developed to be realistic, engaging and within the rules. This has helped me stay calm during stressful situations and make every roleplay encounter reflect good and mature roleplay.

2.2 Rebuilding the identity and presence of east side ballas

Ballas has always been a symbol of power and control in the ghetto. What I aim to do is strengthen this identity by ensuring that the gang is always involved and present in the city. This means that my focus is on keeping members involved and engaged on a daily basis with well-planned in-character activities well-planned and organized activities and control of our territory.

2.3 Fair Leadership Discipline and Long-Term Stability

I think that a good organization is based upon fairness, structure and respect. As a leader, I would not allow favoritism or internal toxicity in the gang. Members would progress based upon activity and quality of roleplay, while deputies would be chosen for their leadership qualities and rule knowledge. Through this, I would hope to establish a stable and united gang for the long term.

I will make sure that the internal environment of the gang is respectful and professional, as this will have a direct impact on the quality of roleplay. Bonuses will be distributed in a fair and timely manner in order to encourage activity and promote quality roleplay.

I want to lead East Side Ballas because I have strong experience from the LEO side and a deep understanding of how gangs function. Over time, I have noticed that gangs often have untapped potential that is not fully used. I believe I can identify those weak areas and improve them. With proper structure and planning, I can help Ballas grow stronger and operate more effectively.

(B) Knowledge of Gang & LEO Mentality​

The first gang I joined was Marabunta Grande, and that experience taught me how important gangs are for keeping roleplay exciting and active. Gangs create bonding, loyalty, and a real RP environment that keeps players engaged. Many players move to LEO because it offers stable salary and lower risk, while gang members face constant danger, arrests, and fines. Since I have experience on the LEO side, I understand their mindset, strategies, and reactions. This knowledge gives me an advantage in planning operations and staying one step ahead.

The Ballas name already has a strong reputation in the city. The name itself creates fear and respect. As a leader, my goal is to maintain and expand that reputation. Simply increasing numbers in a gang is not enough. What truly matters is knowledge and discipline. Recruiting members without proper training can create problems for both the gang and the individual player. That is why I will build a strong High Command team of experienced members who can properly guide and train every recruit about rules and roleplay standards.


If a member makes a mistake, we will not remove them immediately like many gangs do. Everyone deserves guidance and a second chance, as long as they are willing to improve.

since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make East Side Ballas the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.
