Rejected Ban for GR 1.6| Adham Pluxury

Dear Grand RP Administration,

I am writing this appeal because I am unable to create a new account or join the server due to a GR 1.6 ban.

I would like to clarify that I have never played on Grand RP before or owned an account. I recently purchased this laptop second-hand from a local seller near my home. When I downloaded the launcher and tried to create my own account for the first time, I was met with the "Account Banned" screen for Rule 1.6.

It appears that the previous owner of this laptop violated the rules, and their hardware ID (HWID) is currently blocked. I am a completely different person and I simply want to start my journey in this community on my own clean account.
