-Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Having been the Leader of East Side Ballas, I’ve handled an organization, stop conflicts, maintained coordination. And legally, as Under Deputy in multiple organisations have a hefty amount of experience and knowing what tricks people might use to bend the rules i think i can counter them.
GRP is an amazing experience I learned a lot but I now feel as though the more appropriate way to support the server would be not as a player or competitor but to help as a admin keep things running better. I will make sure to be fair and consistent, make sure rules were followed properly so players can have quality no biased decision or favoritism especially those new to the community.

My one vulnerability is that I am certain and excellent at trusting others when working nearby in groups. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
During my time in the server I have joined in dozens of orgs at high responsibility ranks. And as part of my time, I was Marabunta Leader, and Deputy for Ballas, Vagos and Bloods along with underdeputy in almost all legal orgs. Each time made me more experienced about the server and crime+state dynamics.
My term of leadership were successful and stable, but I stopped playing the game because of being tired not because of instability or issues. So now that I am back, am all about being active again.
I want to become an admin because I know directly how crimes work and can keep things fair, and deal with rulebreakers. I no longer want to engage in the server as a player instead as a admin and give back to the community.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I personally feel like I can contribute more as an admin as I have multi skills to offer. I do love to play roleplays as I am EMS atm, however I feel like there are lots of things that needs to be taken care off which is mostly done in blind eye, I wanna make sure everything is proper and wanna make it more eco friendly for begginers. I have a very good vision and I would love to be a moderator.
2. What are your strengths? I have a very clam and chill mindset, I am virtually very good with everything. Super Tech savy, Also I am Good with da vinci resolve, Photoshop and anything virtual as I learn very fast if its related to virutal stuff.
3. What are your weaknesses? I am sometimes strict with things, and I am little impatient even though I am cool.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I can make music, make artworks, make thumbnails, banner, help with moderation, can do admin chats, or anything else related to tech and virutal or visuals.
