2.1 I chose SAHP because I have been emotionally and mentally connected to this organization since the beginning of my RP journey. When I first started my RP life, I didn’t even know that law enforcement organizations existed or that we could actually protect the city. Later, one of my friends told me about SAHP and encouraged me to join him. After joining, I learned so many things about how we can serve the people of San Andreas and maintain law and order in the state. Since then, being part of SAHP has meant a lot to me because it gives me the opportunity to protect the citizens and contribute to the safety of the state.

2.2 My passion for law enforcement stems from a deep-seated commitment to community safety and justice. I believe that the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) is the ideal place for me because I have always wanted to serve the people of San Andreas, especially those living in rural and village areas. In my opinion, these areas are often more affected by criminal activities and do not always receive the same level of protection as the city. Since SAHP is the main law enforcement agency responsible for patrolling the highways and countryside, it plays a very important role in maintaining order in these areas. By leveraging my skills in conflict resolution and community engagement, I aim to implement proactive measures that enhance public safety and trust in law enforcement.

2.3 At the beginning of my LEO career, I started as a normal lower command officer in SAHP. During that time, I focused on learning and understanding how the organization works. With time, dedication, and guidance from my seniors, I was able to improve myself and eventually prove that I could handle the responsibilities of a High Command member. I learned many valuable lessons from my seniors, especially from former Sheriff Ben Verstappen, and other experienced officers who taught me the importance of respecting the SAHP and understanding how vital this organization is for the state. Because of everything I have learned and experienced, I now believe that I am capable of taking on the responsibility and leading the organization in the right direction.



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

My goal is to build a strong and professional SAHP with experienced, dedicated players. I aim for its discipline and high-quality roleplay. I will ensure that officers are properly trained for various scenarios, ensuring every situation is handled seriously and professionally. Promotions will be based on professionalism and performance, giving opportunities to those who excel. High-ranking positions will be given to experienced and knowledgeable members who can lead the department well. I will also maintain good relations with other state organizations through regular meetings, joint operations, and training sessions. As i came into the city, i joined LSPD as my first legal org, worked hard and achieved ACP(28) rank. I gained experience being the head of TEU department in LSPD. Then i left LSPD to join SAHP where i was directly appointed as the Chief Commander(28) due to my hard work and past experience in LSPD. I have been the head of Highway Patrol department in SAHP and have very good and strong foundation in legal org knowledge.​

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) :

a) As being the part of the SAHP org for a long time, holding CC(28) rank, I have seen so much of ups and downs of this org. I know how to handle them politely and suitably, while keeping every personnel's dignity and respect.
b) I am familiar with all the events in legal org events that the SAHP needs to attend. And i want to make sure SAHP will be active in the city and attend all the events deemed necessary.
c) One of the main reasons is to bring respect and strong bond in the SAHP org and i will also make sure that all people in my term are treated with respect by all other members in the org.​

4. Leadership Strengths and Skills I Bring to the Organization
My advantage is basically my experience like, i hold in the field of SAHP and my peaceful nature and equality without any bias to lead people. i have progressed so much in the city in a little time and have gained the rank of Chief Commander, I am very much aware of the duties of each position and also know that how the organization operates in good as well as bad times. This will help me to make good decisions, command officers and ensure discipline without making any member of the department feel disrespected and undermotivated to work.​

5. What should be Improved in the Organization.

a) Show consistent activity during all the time periods.
The amount of activity in the organization is sometimes low which reduces the overall attendance of SAHP org in city. I will assure that the HCs in the org should have active presence and they would supervise and train new officers particularly acording to their shift timings. My main goal is to maintain high activity during late night events that take place in the city.

b) Good and proper training of new employees.
There are also some times where new members are joined into SAHP org without giving any training which makes them confused a lot about what they are really have to do. I will make sure that i will have a good training team which would have their main aim to train new employees properly and make them understand the whole process.

c) Engaging more in activities across the city.
To ensure that SAHP continues having good reputation, it should be noted that the department should be actively involved in the activities of the city events as well as the activities of legal organizations. The participation in such events frequently will make SAHP more visible and entrenched in its position of keeping the city orderly.

6. Departmental Structure and Requirements.

1) Human Resources (HR)
The HR dept is one of the most important department of the organization as it is involved in recruiting new members to the SAHP and makes sure that image of the org is maintained. Due to the experience of my friends, I have a clear picture of the needs of improvements that should take place on the hiring and training process to be more efficient in my term of leadership.

2) Internal Affairs (IA)
Internal Affairs is very important in making sure that there is discipline, regular activity, and good order in the organization structure. Recently, people are less interested in working in the IA division as many people believe that the job is not as fun. To change this, I will be introducing more organized works, and making sure that the IA officers receive their bonuses regularly to make the division become more productive and interesting to the members.

3) SWAT Division
SWAT department is the very interesting in SAHP. It deals with high risk and imp cases and needs well-trained and sharp officers. These days, this division works fairly, and there are only several angles, which can be improved with the help of more proper bonding and training practices.

4) Highway Patrol
One of the most attractive divisions among new recruits is the Highway Patrol since it provides the officers with an opportunity to patrol the highways, react promptly to the events, and chase criminal suspects. There are already good levels of activity in the department that are under the charge of the higher command officers. Under adequate supervision and further encouragement, this division can be one of the most effective working divisions within SAHP.​

I, Haryanvi velly who is currently serving as the Lt. General (29) in the NG would like to serve for the prestigious org of SAHP..
My leadership skills have already been seen in the current NG term how me along side with the general have made the National Guard which was considered as a least favoritised option by citizen to serve for.

I have also server the state by being a DHS minister, Advisory or ACP (28) of LSPD , CC in SAHP(28) and COS in FIB(28). I have’nt just hopped the Orgs I have been the still in the same term till the end to help leader through its every single ups and down which trains me through the different conditions or situations that can be faced by in my leadership term..

I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state.

I have a very good quality of maintaining or bringing back the lost image of any org in the city. And I can stand in front for my troopers in all situation without differentiating them with their ranks.

I will make sure that my HR team and IA team will be active alongside of the Highway patrol as in the past term this department was neglected and I think is the most cruicial department for a org like SAHP

I will create the phase system for the covering of the lobby so that not only lower ranks are stuck at the lobby and they can also experience diff situations

Me being in the GOV for long time also makes me familiar with the good lawyers so I can assure about the DA or Legal department of my term will be active and will be there to help any trooper with legal AID.

Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
As SAHP have very large area of jurisdiction there is so much scope to increasethe amount of the role play. Some ideas are following.
- The regular Law classes with the interactive learnings with the trooper will increase their interest in the Law and order
- The regular trainings of the SWAT in the NG arena and helping NG in their Runs etc will keep the troopers engaged in free time
- I will conduct the GP, Border Patrol and HWP with the co-ordinations of the different organisations to maintain the strong relationship between the organisations of the City.
- Regular promotion ceremonies and appreciation ceremonies will be conducted. And promotions will be given on the basis of the activity only..

:- I have been in this city for very long time now. i see how many organizations work from inside. I didnt start at top, I started at bottom and worked very hard to move up in places like FIB. Doing this taught me how lead a team, how give fair tasks, and how keep people happy and busy. I like be on road, going on patrols with my team and showing them how do the job right way. I want take everything I learned and use it to make SAHP the most active and respected in city.

:- I want to lead SAHP becuse I have experience to make it most active org. I want to see highways full of professional troopers.

:- I want to make sure the org is organized and follows rules. I will use what I learned in other orgs to make SAHP better than ever.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Ideas;-
:- I will make sure at least 2 troopers are always at HQ station. They will handle license plates and insurance so citizens always have someone talk to for RP.

:- I will give extra bonuses to troopers who work during night. This keeps roads safe 24/7 and ensures units are always available, even when server is quiet.

:- I will personally check that new recruits get real training before go on patrol. This stops "Fail RP" and make sure everyone knows how act like professional trooper.

:- I will make sure there is no favoritism. It does not matter who you are you only get promotion if you work hard and contribute to organization.

:- Everyone will be treated same. If someone breaks rule, they get same punishment, no matter their rank. This keeps organization clean and honest.

:- I will check the bodycam recordings of my troopers randomley. Will watch how they talk to citizens and if they follow legal steps. If they do good RP, I give them bonus. This makes sure everyone plays the right way even when I am not looking.

:- My main goal is have units on road at all times. I want SAHP be the most active organization in state.

1. I wanna be a leader (or) SHERIFF of the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) because I have a quiet experience of leader like I have experienced every legal org as a 28 rank holder, after the deputy everytime and i have been deputy of unofficial org so I can manage every everything that which can i do and i Will make every LEO'S efforts towards San Andreas Highway Patrol.
SAHP after LSPD it's have more popular than the other legal org.. to newbie SAHP can make rp situation more and we have to make SAHP more active than past terms..


2. I have more than 1 years of experience in Legal orgs in that my First legal org was a SAHP from this i am now a good leader and it gives me a courage towards my work and i am currently seeing that every gangstar is dealing the deals on the corners of the CITY'S near highway's which comes under SAHP so i will make shore active my team to catch them red handed to arrest them.. i will make my term as soon as fastest reaction org in events like store robbery etc...And most important thing illigal org doing drug spileis and s*xual harassment is going on near and at the highway's i wanna catch them and shut down them for the safety of the city..

3. More important thing is that ranks which is basically shows as who is experience and what post he holds.. As a sheriff i will make all my below ranks equally respect towards all the leo's they should not sad for this they should get respect for their work and there will be no favratisim who is more active they lead bigger rank and who have more knowledege thier will be much more post...
In the highways there some gangs dealing there drugs and ammunition which is harmful to the city and this gonna be take care by SAHP .
And I wanna make My Human resources and internal affairs department very serious about the training hiring management etc...

3.1: I and my team gives equal respect to all the LEO'S to maintain disiplane and courage.

3.2: there will be no drugs and illegal dealings and no harassment at highway's

3.3: No one will enter los santhos or exit without checking the goods and trunks..

3.4: We do petroling everytime... To maintain clean and safe highway.

3.5: I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.

3.6: As leader I will make sure that there is no favouritism at all.

3.7: I will make my mails everytime active with events without any distrubance... With logs..

3.8: i promise that the no illigal and darker dealings at the Highway's.. we are 24/7 active for that....

2. I want to become Sheriff because I care about the organisation and want to do the right thing and because of the power. SAHP was the first state organisation I joined. 1. Journey over here -
I've started doing role play from 6-8 month. I have seen serve failure in my whole journey , I stand up again I started with trainee in LSPD after that got ACP in same term then I have used to be in FIB High Command, then DOC Director then Chief Commander , Then i became leader of crime org and complete it successfuly and took experience of crime too.

2. Leadership skills
After being 28 rank of LSPD and SAHP it was just do fast thing happened in my life and leaned a lot in small time and now I want to test my leadership skills in State org too and I am asking a change to see and overview my skills. Ill be very to have a chance of interview.

3. Activeness and hardworking :
I am very active and hardworking , yea it's looks self praising but nah , really I am not praising. Think is I will build a good relationship between Activeness, fairness, hardworking because I see that most of the term is active at the starting but not when going on I want to change that and I want everyone to have the rank they deserve , because I see a lot of favoritism going on.

3.1 For regulating the Organization you have to make sure all your departments are in right hands . I will make sure to give department head to those who are willing to work for the welfare of the department and organization .

3.2 If someone will try to raise conflict inter or intra organization will be taken out from the org . No toxicity or Favouritism will be tolerated .

3.3 Promotion ceremony roleplay plays crucial role for growth of an org as if you will give promotion to cadet according to his/her hard work, dedication and honesty towards org . I will give them good bonuses

3.4 I will make good relations with other state organizations and will help them to counter criminal activities in the State .

3.5 I will take out daily law classes for my Cadets , So they can know about law and learn all the processes and work professionally . Other than that daily discipline classes will be taken out to make sure my cadets build good relations with citizens as well .

3.6 I will make sure that lobby is getting covered every-time , will make sure activity is top priority for my org with least mistakes possible .

3.7 As leader i will make sure that I raise the standard of RP as my cadets will also gonna do what they will saw me doing . I will make sure as leader i will not only lead org by completing weekly requirements but to make sure the standard of RP increase .
