1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I have accomplished pretty much everything in city that I wanted to do including being Governor, I am looking for a new experience to keep me interested.

2. What are your strengths? I would say my biggest strength is having immense knowledge of the city and a majority of the rules. In addition when I commit to something I do it 100% not half way.

3. What are your weaknesses? My only weakness is the inability to say No, I often find myself taking on other peoples responsibilities because I feel they wont get done unless I do it.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? My best skills I can offer to the admin team are my dedication to being fair, you will never have to question if my rulings are biased towards my friends in city. All my friends know I will punish them just the same as a stranger if they break a rule.

Just want to say I think most of the admin team knows me or has had city interaction with me, they know I am a straight shooter. I do not ever target anyone nor have enemies. I will treat everyone equally regardless of if they have been in city from the start or if its their first day. in addition I enjoy trying to help educate people on how the city works, rather than leaving them to figure it out on their own as I had to do. I feel that admins should of course enforce rule breaks but should also attempt to assist/educate new players.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I am very dedicated and focused player who has always aimed to grow and improved myself in every aspect of the game. My gameplay has been alway goal-oriented like earning money, Understanding role play and leaning how everyting works on a deeper level now i want to use this experience and dedication to support the server as an admin.
Yet i played most of role plays in the server like (Under Deputy in all Gangs) (Co founder in family) (Currupt officer as COS in LSPD) (HOD in FIB) they give me these ranks by there own on my Qualifications
I never chased for ranks i always focused on the outcomes
I understand that an admin should be neutral and fully focused on server responsibility. i want to dedicate my time to helping the server rather than my personal rp life

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   • I have been playing Grand RP for a long time and I've gained experience of almost all of the city . I gave my much time to Gangs and now I think I can continue my journey with Grand RP as an admin, which will be beneficial for both sides. I can give my potential to Grand RP and on the other hand I'll try to learn more from Grand RP Adminside which can help me alot in real life . I can work more on my communication skills and nourish them with other Admins in a friendly environment . I'll help and guide the RP players so that they can enjoy more and develop a good surrounding around them.

   • I have good communication skills in all languages I've mentioned above.
   • I try to get best decision in intense situations by staying cool and calm.
