   Honestly, I enjoy RP a lot and I have spent a good amount of time building my character and being part of different situations. But after, I started noticing that I enjoy helping people and making sure things run smoothly just as much as i can. There have been times where situations got confusing or unfair, and I felt like I could help if I had the authority to.

   One of my main strengths is that I stay calm even in stressful or heated situations. And I try to think before I react. I also make sure to listen to both sides before making any kind of judgment, because I know there’s usually more than one perspective. I’m also active, so I can be around when people actually need help.

   One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes overthink situations, especially when I want to be as fair as possible. That can make me take a bit longer to come to a decision.

   I think I can bring good communication and fairness to the team. I am able to explain things in a simple way so players understand what’s going on instead of getting more confused. I’m also good at handling situations without escalating them like calming people down instead of making things worse. 1 --> I think its enough to having RP life in the state. Its my 6th year in this city. I entered the city at 2020. I want to make some changes in my RP Life and want to try admin side. There is a lot of Turkish citizens and admins in this project. I want to help innocent citizens in this city. I want to join the admin team, experience it and I want to help all people in the state and the admin team with my knowledge. Thats all in city side. In forum side also there is a lot of Turkish and other language persons we have. I also want to help them in the forum side. I want to help them with my fair side, without judging anyone unfairly.

3--> What I'm about to say right now might seem like a very ordinary trait that anyone has, but I have a problem trusting people.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I played more than 2500hours as a civilian and as a law enforced officer, I love to be a LEO but after 2000hours I got enough, I want more, a more active "job". Thats why I decited to make my application to the admin team. I decited to be a serious admin. This is my "2nd life", I spend more time with grand rp than my real life, I like to play that game and thats's why I want to combine the playing and the working(Helping peopel).I feel the server is groving and thats why its need more staff(admin) who can make that city playable and safe for the newbies and for the players too.
2.What are your strengths?
2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and to utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like them.
2.3.I can work in team. I know its a "necessary skill" to be an admin, you are making decisions together. I am a persone who can build a comunity. I know when can I be funny and when can I be seriues.
2.3.I was the leader of the SAHP and I did my job very well, I tested myself as a leader and those exepiences can help me how the be a good admin.

Overthinking-When I am doing somthing I overthink, usually I check something more than 1 times and when I did something I also check it. I mean e.g. I make a thread I check it 2 time when I create it and after the I post it and check it again.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been playing Grand RP for a long time now and I think its time for me to leave RP-life and becoming an Admin so I can
help the players and guide the beginners in need.

I can't say No to someone easily
I think so much on small matters

What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can speak in English, Hindi and Bangla which means I can help anyone if he is weak in English and understands Hindi or Bangla.
I'm also very active specially in the peak hours. Which means that admins struggle dealing with a lot of tickets. So I can help them by claiming ticket and deal with the situation. I have played in this server alot so I know all the rules and deal with situations very easily.

   -I want to become an admin because i think i have the potential to be at this post, I have being playing this server for more than a year and I have experienced all aspects of my RP life and now i feel to take my journey to another level by saying good bye to the rp life and start helping players.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I want to become and admin because my whole grand rp carrer i also loved to help people solving problems, i feel like i completed most parts of being an player in the server and could be an good admin helping people becoming just as sucsessful as i got.
2. What are your strengths? My strengths is comunicating, I learn things really fast. Im good at listening to what their opinion is of a situation. Im good solving problems. I speak alot of languages and that could help in many situations i would say.
