ON /21, i was traveling down vespucci when player 113720 initiated a traffic stop on me, to ask me why i was speeding. During the stop, the officer requested i get off my bike and arrested me and proceeded to take me to a different part of the city where he proceeded to demand i give him 100k for release. When i refused tgo give him any money, he then too me over by the beach and killed me. (timestamp of rdm is at 7minutes and 30 seconds in video)

While this player does have a corrupt police bio, they are still not allowed to commit RDM, as explained to me by moderator Kira Vukovic.
If this player is going to abuse his corrupt bio privileges, he should have his privileges removed.

Note off topic: so i have bio but i ask from this guy gave me money i will leave you but he did not comply with my demands i brake his bodycam by i am failed to put tap on his mouth but if i sucesful in 2nd comand on puting tap i will arest him no problem but its failed, then if i leave this guy noramal i will get in truble but i alredy confirm from respected admin Mr. Taco Smoke sir he say to if he did not comply with your demands you can kill him and i do same he did not comply with my demands then i kill him. thanku

Kira Vukovic told me yesterday RDM is OOC rule break, corrupt police bios are not permitted to commit RDM.

Kira says no, Taco says yes, sounds like admins aren’t on same page regarding rules.

I would also like to know if this player is friends with admins, because if so, him having a corrupt bio approved by admin is a conflict of interest. Admins should not be approving corrupt bios for their friends so their friends can go around ruining everyone else’s gameplay experience.
