Dear administrators, the individuals are engaging in metagaming behind the scenes. I do not have direct proof, but from my perspective, it is very clear that he called his friend. As seen in the video, at 1:07, the drifting vehicle belongs to the person that the suspect called while metagaming.

This may be difficult to prove, but in the suspect’s own point of view, the metagaming is clearly visible. I kindly ask you to review this as well.
