Hey admins, this person arrested me today and since i was cuffed i could not turn on my IC Valid Bodycam for a Subpoena + he did not give me Any fine for my charge so that i could not prove the timing of arrest (since that is what validates a subpoena)

So when i ask him his ID again AFTER i turned on my Valid Bodycam, he Refused to provide me his ID which is GR 6.4 (He dosent have a Bio)
