On consideration LSPD Mass Rule Brake | 98890 , 168862, 162894

Hy i got to parking 16 and i see 1 guy is doing open caring but LSPD is stil there so i go there can inform them about the incident, but they are busy in doing mass rule brake so when i reach one guy drake the car truck alone and 2 LSPD i walking in the front of me and adn he brake the truck all 3 LSPD go near the car and search the car truck for no resion or also in Green Zone, also he did the same thing with my car also and he did not ask from me for car truck search and he search at list 3 car truck for no resion, also in green zone also with invalid rp commands. and i have also the id's of 3 LSPD and one of the officer have the rank of COS and i think COS Is a good Rank in the Clain of Command, thats why i am thinking to get this rank and also to get highcommand you have to gave a intervew and only knowing peoples can get this rank, so how this guy get the rank of COS whos dont know you can search the car truck with one guy also in green zone and without any ic resion, is its Favoritism? From 00:14 To 00:29 (98890) : He brake the car truck with one guy
From 00:39 To 00:59 (98890) : He search my car truck for no resion
From 01:35 To 01:57: 98890 : He Search the 3rd Car for no resoin
