Dear Administration, as seen in the provided footage at 0:30, the suspect is clearly performing UB Driving by driving a sports car through mountainous and off-road terrain. Immediately after, at 0:36, the same player intentionally performs Car Ramming by hitting my helicopter with their vehicle. Please review the evidence and take the necessary disciplinary actions. Thank you.
