hi dear admin i just come to arrest someone and they overcarry i left the area and i call backup when i see them low numbers i start to shot

[check pls time at min 3:55 to 4:06 i shot him 5 shots 53 dmg he didnt die]

hes friend was with armour he got 2 shots and he dead at time 4:07

after that when i push he come to me and mixing i was type at ooc chat and he was talking to me when i dead and mixing ic and ooc all im pov
