2.1) EMS was my first legal organization and I have gain a lot of experiences and knowledge from EMS. So EMS is the only organization that can provide help to every citizen with their medical issues.

2.2) I have been in EMS for total 2 continue terms under leaders like Luci Knight & Prashant Knightt. I was also a Deputy Chief in Prashant Knightt Term. I also got the Temp Leadership after Prashant Knightt's Term.

2.3) I mainly focus on the State Calls and Events because it earns love and respect from every organization and citizen. I will be taking care of State Calls and Events (ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations).

2.4) I will use my experiences and knowledge to guide every single employees to perform a proper role play without breaking any rules.


3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1) I will make sure both Hospital Lobbies have on duty units for Day and Night shifts 24/7 by focusing on recruiting from all IRL time zones.

3.2) I will send two of the units on calls most of the time so that the citizens can get faster medical treatment and this will also help to improve the role play.

3.3) I will also advice the High commands to take the junior employees with them in the state calls so that they can get the experience of it and will know how to do the health checkup and keep the officers disease free and full of immune.

3.4) I will make sure all the HCs and Surgeons can perform more surgeries properly because it will increase the professionalism.

3.5) I will do a meeting with my employee every week to check if they are facing any problems or having any doubts. If they have proper guidance I belive a high level of role play can be maintained easily.

3.6) I hate and will completely avoid favouritism because it is one of the reason of failing the RP situation. A person without proper knowledge gets a higher rank then it will affect the flow of role play.

3.7) I will also host IC events such as State Wave hiring and Blood Donating Camp.

(i) EMS is most pivotal organisation in city and it should be runned with discipline and coordination. I have good experience in city so I am capable to run EMS as Chief and make it the best legal organisation in city.

(ii) I will make a strong and responsive High Command team so that the organisation functions effectively and efficiently.

(iii) Recently, I saw a decline in EMS activity faced by citizens, if I become Chief, I will make sure that both the lobbies are covered (MD), Calls unit are always active (AS) and will make sure there is sufficient stock of first aids in EMS (Labs)

(iv) I can handle difficult situations due to my experience. I will create a supportive and friendly environment within EMS ensuring that it remains free of toxicity.

(v) I will motivate all EMS employees and motivate them to work at their best potential so as to achieve maximum possible productivity.

3. Your Advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(i) I will make sure that surgeries are done professionally by using proper IC commands to maintain a proper flow of Roleplay in the organisation.

(ii) I will conduct regular High Command meetings to regulate the functioning of each and every department and will guide them to there weak areas of respective departments.

(iii) I will host organisational giveaways which will motivate the employees to work professionally and with there full potential.

(iv) I will conduct IC events like health awareness campaigns for increasing Roleplay in EMS which will create awareness among citizens and it would help them to know basic sanitation stuffs about personal health care.

(v) I will make sure that every department call should be attended and not go empty as if they will not be attended, relationship of other state organisations and EMS will not be cordial and it will ruin. I want to make a better relationship between EMS and other state organisations.

Developing scenario-based roleplay, such as accidents and emergencies, would enhance the realism of the roleplay. Discipline would be maintained through the hierarchy and leadership. Moreover, mentoring new members and other organizations would be helpful in creating an immersive and high-quality roleplay environment.

2.1) I want to become a leader of EMS because i am disciplined, capable, active , decision making and professional. I started my journey in EMS as Trainee and achieved Deputy Chief more than once and during this journey i got experience that give me understanding of what kind of leadership it truly need.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.

3.1) I will make sure lobby covered 24/7 especially during night shift when citizens struggle in their critical situation. Surgeries are also important for better roleplay. In my Leadership, I will make sure every patient who need surgery receive with proper roleplay.

3.2) I will ensure Ambulance services respond quickly and professionally on calls. It is necessary because Ambulance Services directly represent EMS in the city and Created trust between EMS and citizens. Encouraging Employees for going on calls and also resolve their issues that affect their roleplay during calls.

3.3) Lab is one of the most ignored department but its necessary to perform EMS roleplay because if Labs activity stays low, medical stock and medicine production gets affected, which created problems for the organisation.

3.4) My focus would be to make simple and easy to understand training so the new employees get proper and timely training. I will make sure FTO and HCs do not sure into completing training fast, will make sure they do their work professionally.

3.5) State or department calls is important for EMS reputation. Sometime EMS HCs delay or ignored the calls. I will make sure in my leadership state calls are handle quickly and responsibly.

3.6) Introduce better bonus system so the employees receive rewards for their hard work. I will introduce weekly giveaways, extra bonuses for night shifters and employee of the week. I will also ensure that promotions are given fairly based on their hard work and knowledge not favoritism.

3.7) I will conducting meeting with all the HCs of each department on regular intervals. If any department faces any issue, we will resolve quickly so, the EMS runs smoothly. I will also conduction some IC events like Health checkup camp, Awareness campaign, blood test etc.

i) - I want to become the leader of Ems. I know how Ems works and how much important it is for the city and people. EMS is very important organization of city. as it was the first organization I joined and learned a lot from the past Chief such as Viking Sholke's and and Shikamaru term and now I think I got a lot of experience to lead EMS and I can ensure that I will give my best and make sure that my term will be one of the most active EMS term of Los Santos.

ii) - I have already shown my leadership skills by leading two gangs as a leader which proves that I have good leadership qualities and I am capable of leading EMS as a leader.

iii) - From last few terms I seen that Ems is not that much active and people leave their interest to join it. If I get the term I will make it active by day and night and I will also improve the bonus system so that people will get interact to Join Ems.

iv) - I saw many people who join the Ems will not get the proper training and support I want to change this by making a experienced FTO and HR team So they will not Rule break.

3.2 I want to make sure that every member that will be hired as a high command have past experience and they are knowledgeable to be capable to handle any situation that presents in front of them. I want to control favoritisms withing the ORG and not just give positions to anyone, I need a good structure to be able to have a good team work and a healthy work environment avoiding at all cost unnecessary toxicity.

Developing scenario-based roleplay, such as accidents and emergencies, would enhance the realism of the roleplay. Discipline would be maintained through the hierarchy and leadership.
