2.1 Firstly, I have strong experience in gangs and have held high-ranking positions, where I helped manage and organize team activities.This experience helped me understand teamwork, communication, and how to handle different situations
2.2 Secondly, I want to gain leadership experience. I have not had the chance to be a leader before, but I am highly motivated to take this step, prove my abilities, and improve myself as a responsible and effective leader.

I will lead the organization with seriousness and discipline, ensuring all members are treated equally with respect. I will reduce unnecessary violence, promote realistic roleplay, and maintain a non toxic environment free of racism. I also have strong decision making skills under pressure to handle situations effectively.
