I want to become a leader to gain real leadership experience and prove my abilities. Many of my friends have had the opportunity to show themselves as leaders, but I haven’t had that chance yet, and I’m determined to change that. I truly believe I have what it takes to be a strong and effective leader, based on my past experiences and the connections I’ve built. My goal is not just to lead, but to create an unforgettable term. I want to use everything I ve learned to push the gang to the highest level possible. When it comes to bonuses, turf control, spraying, events, and every aspect of banditry, I don t aim to be average I aim to be the best. As far as I remember, Vagos was the first gang I ever joined, and it means a lot to me. That’s why I want my first leadership experience to be with it. I am ready to take on as many responsibilities as possible, learn from every situation, and continuously improve my leadership skills.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice for improving roleplay within the organization is to maintain a high level of activity, fairness, and a positive, non-toxic environment. We should consistently represent ourselves in events, ghetto activities, and sprays to keep the gang visible and competitive. At the same time, ranks must be distributed fairly, based on loyalty, activity, and performance — not favoritism. Together with my trusted High Command team, we will monitor all activities closely, reward effort with proper bonuses, and ensure that every member gets the rank they truly deserve. I also aim to keep the organization away from unnecessary drama and toxicity, as they negatively impact both the atmosphere and the quality of roleplay. Discipline and respect should always come first. Most importantly, every member must follow the rules and represent the organization in the best possible way. I strongly believe that with consistent activity, fairness, discipline, and a clean environment, the roleplay within the organization will improve significantly.
My Goals:
1. Achieve full control over all turfs (100% domination).
2. Maintain consistent and competitive graffiti bonuses every hour.
3. Build the most feared and respected gang / terrorist organization.
4. Complete the leadership term with minimal to no warnings.
5. Create a clean, non-toxic environment within the gang.
6. Establish total dominance over the ghetto.
