In my POV, you can clearly see they are in the main ghetto unscripted GZ abusing it, so when we come inside, they just start putting on vests and cuffing (4:22 time stamp) us for no reason and make sure to do it where they can't get shot. This is a clear abuse of GZ and abuse of their corrupt bios

This is the second time 132262 has done this, where he kidnaps me and robs me cause he is trying to target me and im sick of it

There is no Rule break in the video you provided, as you were holding a gun, and LEO can cuff you for carrying a weapon.
