   I have been in city since more than 3 years now. I used play in my Twink account (87015) and from this account since more that 1.5 years, So I have done everything, made money, I have run business and had a great RP moments, So I think I am ready to leave my RP life behind and want to serve in your Admin team because I feel I can do more for the server as an admin than I can just a player.

   (a). My biggest strength are my communication skills and my consistency. I know how to talk to people respectfully, even during troublesome situations.
   (b). I have a very deep understanding of the server rules and the way the economy works, where I can help beginners and guide them to involve in a fair RP gameplay.
   (c). I am good at staying calm under pressure. In RP, situation people can get toxic very quickly, but I am good at stepping back and listening to both sides and make a fair decision based on the rules rather than personal feelings.

   I sometimes struggle to say NO when people ask for help. Even If I am busy in another work. Because of this I mentally take too much at once. So am currently working on it.

   I want to become one because i have experienced every RP situation, so it's kinda getting boring me to repeat same things and also i want to serve RP by helping new and old types of players.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I am very dedicated and focused player who has always aimed to grow and improved myself in every aspect of the game. My gameplay has been alway goal-oriented like earning money, Understanding role play and leaning how everyting works on a deeper level now i want to use this experience and dedication to support the server as an admin.
Yet i played most of role plays in the server like (Under Deputy in all Gangs) (Co founder in family) (Currupt officer as COS in LSPD) (HOD in FIB) they give me these ranks by there own on my Qualifications
I never chased for ranks i always focused on the outcomes
I understand that an admin should be neutral and fully focused on server responsibility. i want to dedicate my time to helping the server rather than my personal rp life

I believe my experience makes me ready to join the admin team. I had three dreams: to become a leader, have millions, and become an admin—two are already achieved. I’ve been high command in every organization, both state and crime. In the past, I gave an admin interview also; this time, I’m confident I’ll succeed.
