1.1 ). I have been in almost every gang and also served 2 times as a leader of families and bloods so i know how to manage a gang from my past leadership experience . now i want to become leader of ballas and make Ballas as a most active and powerful gang in city so the whole ghetto will feel fear of it. make it as a terrorist organization.

2.2 ). i have a strong team of deputy and high commands who are ready to help me and achieve my goals and I also have plans to do more activities than the minimum requirements, and become the most active gang in the city with max numbers in events. because most the gangs on focus on weekly goals but i'll also focus on other events like car theft, Subs and Highway Robberies

3.3 ). From long time I see that the ghetto is empty most of the time and no one has fear of it and also leos are dominating openly. But I want to change this by bringing the fear of ballas gang. So they will think to enter and also I has seen that many people have highcommand rank but they don't know anything and break the rule by robbing and killing some one in hq when person come to join. I will give rank to those people who have at good knowledge of gangs. And I teach them how to do robbery, hostage situation etc.

3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
i .) No Toxicity and Good Bonus System so gang member give attention to Every events.
ii .) Focusing on Event Like Fz Raid, Highway robbery, Hostage Situation and Clands.
iii. ) To Achieve 100% Turf
iv. ) I will give high command rank to that people who knowledge of every Rule.
v. ) Complete 2 Term with Zero warn and verbals.
vi. ) I will also try to do Capital Attack.

2.1 : I've held the position of Under Deputy in all gangs so I know how to aid with gang events.
When I was in gangs I took the lead in store robberies and other activities. I am ready to show my leadership skills and make this Gang one of the active gang again.

2.2 : I will make sure that Gang is active and completes every task assigned by their curators on time. I will also Make sure that Deputy, along with High Commands, is doing the proper Role Play at the gang event!

2.3 : I along with my whole Turf Team will try to complete the 100% Turf and dominate the City and other gangs.

1. I will hire the well experienced Deputies and Highcommands who will help me in the gang events

1: I have experience on the both side as i reached 28th rank in LEO's and I also served as Lt.General but gang life always felt like home to me and ballas is the only org i truly want to lead .

2: I served as Deputy of both bloods and Vagos so i already understand how leadership works from the inside and i know exactly what to do and what to avoid . Due to this i have more IC Knowledge as i was being part of so many situations .

3: My only goal is to make ballas active and fun for every member. I am here to actually build something worth being part of it . As leader not matter which rank they are there will be always respect to each other in my term .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Point 1 : I will make sure there is zero toxicity and zero favoritism in my term and every member will be treated equally based on there efforts not friendship.

Point 2 : Daily Activities will be there as Store Robbery, FZ raid , Max Graffiti and Ghetto Clapping and also Hostage situation so members always have something to do .

Point 3 : I will select deputy of Different Time zone so the org stays active at all hours and never look like dead . That will also help different time zone player to do something .

Point 4 : I will not chase turf or make fake promises because there are so many problem for doing turf. My Focus will purely be on quality RP and keeping the organization genuinely enjoyable for everyone .
