   (2.1)I want to lead Marabunta Grande because the day I switched from legal organization to gangs i felt like there is so much potential here which is not being used at all.
   (2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
   (2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Marabunta Grande gang the city has ever seen. I want the cops to get the feeling that "it must be Marabunta Grande" whenever they hear about a store robbery or hostage situation. I want my gang to dominate illegal roleplay.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
   My goal is to make Marabunta Grande worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!

- I Have spent a good amount of time in this city and also i been having good experience in many of legal organization being an high command and through this i can say that i can handle any situation and maintain a good leadership in Marabunta Grande as a gang leader.

- I have observed that some of the gangs suffer when leader is only present for the minimum required hours to complete the goals, but the main thing is leader is most important to all the members to get motivated and be active (seen it in many orgs) . But in my scenario , I will be active in all maximum time possible to guide my dear members and support them on each situation so they get motivated also be active most of the time.

- I will change the traditional approach of ranking based on friendships . The new system must be one of pure meritocracy. There must be direct rewards for participation and loyalty. In doing so, all members will feel obliged to work toward the betterment of the gang rather than hanging out at headquarters.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Many members join the gang to get rank or money , i will ensure that through out my leadership i will make them think that the main motive is not to get rank and money but to make a bond of friendship and maintain a good RP among all.

- I see many gang members do things like breaking rule such as VDM and Powergaming Provoking etc. As such, I will serve as a very strict regulator inside, making sure that everyone within my gang follows all the rules made for the city

- I will encourage high-level and planned heists involving things such as breaking into Fort Zancudo , FIB raids rather than sticking to the usual heist plans, which will give our members a goal while adding variety to our daily activity cycles.

- There will be no toxicity through any of our High Commands also by all members.

2.1 : I've held the position of Under Deputy in all gangs so I know how to aid with gang events.
When I was in gangs I took the lead in store robberies and other activities. I am ready to show my leadership skills and make this Gang one of the active gang again.

2.1 I have been in the city since long time and i have been in most of the orginization and i got much experience by getting involved in many complex situations including Code V, because of that i have gained good experience on how to handle complex situations by which i got to know and i believe i'm capable of leading this gang in a perfect way.

2.2 When i spend my time in gangs i saw most of the members of the gang chaising for the ranks and i don't want this in my gang. i'll take further steps to insure this won't happen and i'll make sure each and every member of the gang participates in a proper role play to earn it.
