Reason #1 – Experience & Knowledge

I have solid experience in both sides of rp fraction legal and illegal specially as previous leader there are no people stronger than people with knowledge like mine. My strong knowledge of rules and skills like quick learning active etc make me capable of becoming a leader again.

Reason #2 – I have work unfinished

As my previous term was disbanded in last 3 days when we had around 60% turf control of the ghetto there is lot of work to be done i cant be sitting with an unsuccesful term thats why i am applying again with a clearer vision then before sure of myself. my previous term was disbanded due to my mistake of blind trust in making deputies who were not fill for the ranks now with a team and group of friends in the city im sure this term will be even more active and better then before.

Reason #3 – Making Marabunta active again

The previous term of marabunta was pretty active and i want to make to make it repeat as i have contacts with best shooter, top fams and most knowledgeable deputies now this term will be very active not like other people just hitting the margins of weekly goals. Our gang members will actually be doing activity in ghetto and around the highways.

- I want to be the leader of bunta gang is because i have seen many terms vanish just because of lack of effort into running the ORG. one of the reasons for wanting to be the leader as this gang carries alot of memories with , i remember my old days when i got into the game and wanted to have gang side rp but my experience was neglected and disturbed due to the leaders , they them self did not wanted the gang to be active that was and is the reason why gangs are lacking behind. To be an active leader and participant my self i want to acquire the leader ship of Marabunta.​

- The second and one of the key motive for me being entrusted is my role play experience. I have been playing Grand RP project from more then about 2 year , in this period of time i have done alot of rp and tried to handle some gang my self by being the deputy of them. The gangs and the legal orgs which i tried to handle were successful in gaining the compliments of the curators. As an RP enthusiastic i have gained alot of knowledge and experience which is indeed enough for becoming a successful leader.​

- As i have been playing rp since a very long time i have managed to secure a lot of good relationships with my co - rp player this would give me an advantage over others to make the gang active. Leading Ballas was always my dream , the exciting days as a leader ,the exciting rp performance as a leader has always fascinated me, hence i need to make my wish stand.​

As we know that one of the main and key part of being a leader is to maintain high standers of role play and improving the role play. I will take the following measures to improve role play in my org,

1. Max bonuses will be issued ( The reason behind is simple more bonus = to more people being engaged in role play )
2. My Deputies will work hard and I will constantly monitor each of the member ( Due to this people will get motivation from their higher ups and will adopt and inherit gang rp from my experienced deputies)
3. Attending the max events possible ( reason: Engaging members)
4. Getting a weekly reports about members entrust in gang.

I want to become the leader of Marabunta Grande because I have strong experience in gang roleplay and I understand how a criminal organization should operate within the server rules. Leadership requires discipline, responsibility, and the ability to manage people in different situations. I believe I have the experience and the mindset required to successfully lead this organization.


My goal is to build a highly organized, active, and respected gang that dominates the ghetto through strategy, teamwork, and coordination. Marabunta Grande has strong potential to become one of the most powerful gangs on the server, and I want to develop that potential by creating a structured and disciplined environment.

• Organize daily RP events: store robberies, highway robberies, FZ raids, graffiti operations, turf conflicts, and hostage scenarios.

These experiences helped me develop strong leadership abilities such as organizing members, resolving conflicts, planning activities, and keeping the gang active and united.

Reward the Crew
Active members should always feel appreciated. I will introduce **bonuses, rewards, and recognition** for members who contribute the most. This will keep the gang motivated and loyal.

Active Ghetto Presence
The ghetto should always feel alive. I plan to keep the area active with frequent turf fights, gang conflicts, and street battles with rival gangs. This will create realistic gang RP and show the strength and dominance of Marabunta.

1. i want to become leader now as i served as deputy in many times in gangs and i gained well exp in gangs now i learned multiple things as i saw multiples leader how they work and how to run org and in my term i am gonna do 100% turf and my second aim is to do Capital Attack.
