So as u can see dis guy was talkin to me about smth and suddenly i got to know hes a debt collecter, but u can see he said "Im collecting your debt" at (TS 0:12) after actually collecting it whereas u have to say it before.. which is considered Fail RP. And in the end ID 46846, said some OOC terms in IC, which is Mixing ig.

I was in Beach Market, and these guys (106706 & 35337) came to collect my debt, but ID 106706 was shouting unnecessarily with a loud sound and ID 35337 collecting debt without informing me. Later, when they were going, they mentioned collecting your debt after already collecting
