2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Another goal is ensuring Lifeinvader looks alive and active once again. Being a leader in many organizations from both spheres, I realized that consistency and activity matter a lot. For this reason, I would conduct one-two events per day, ensuring that they will take place not only in the morning but also in the evening to accommodate people from other time zones. However, my concern about employees will not stop here. I want them to enjoy the process because playing should not be viewed only as a work-related occupation. For this reason, I will organize some events exclusively for the team members, which will give them an opportunity to relax, get more bonuses, and feel rewarded. Another important thing for me would be the journalism department as it still lacks development despite having much potential. My goal would be to inject some novelty and diversity in its operation and bring in something more dynamic and fun into the process, as well as improve the quality of the output generated in it. In addition, I would also seek to involve new people, those who do not hold prominent positions in the team. It is important for everyone to feel like they belong to the group, rather than occupy certain places. For this purpose, I plan to create some bonuses and rewards directed precisely at them. While I do wish for an enjoyable environment, I am aware that there will be a need for structure and discipline. I would see to it that proper training and instructions would be provided so that the employees would know what to do. Ultimately, it is my responsibility as a leader for me to ensure that everything goes as planned, thus I would aim to provide a fun environment for work yet set high standards so that people can excel. More than anything else, however, I would aim for the creation of something memorable. Leadership for me is not about status but rather effort. As the CEO of Lifeinvader, I would like to see the company thrive and prosper.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

It is necessary to enhance the event hosting process and include awards and prizes in order to encourage as many people as possible to attend these events. By doing so, we would not only be able to interact with the community but also ensure that people find an entertaining activity that gives them an opportunity to win something. In addition, I think it would be helpful to hire several employees for the night shifts, including those in the Ads department, so as to prevent any backlog of advertisements and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the night. What is more, internal competition among employees should be conducted regularly. This will motivate workers to become better at what they do while providing them with some additional financial benefits. Another great option is interviewing different leaders and deputy leaders in other companies in order to make the content produced by Lifeinvader interesting enough. Finally, I believe that journalists should be present during any of our events and write about them, thus allowing us to produce more articles regularly and consistently.
