2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been on deputy position in every gang like Families, Marabunta and Vagos. I know how the illegal organization works and how to lead a team under pressure. I want to lead Bloods now because I want to complete my experience in the crime side and show everyone that my gang is the best in the ghetto.
I spent a lot of time in Bloods doing turfs and events. The most important thing I learned is how to keep people together. When I say something during an event, people listen because of my leadership skills. I want to build a family where everyone acts as one.
My goal is to make bloods great again. I have plans like doing store and highway robberies like old days. I want people to have fun in gang. We will be active day and night to make sure our name is always on top. When I take the lead, we will dominate both sides of the ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
The biggest problem in many gangs is that leaders protect their fam members etc. if they break rules. In my term, if a High Command member makes a mistake, they will get the same punishment as anyone else. Everything will be fair.
I will make sure everyone follows the gang rules, like wearing the red clothes and using the right cars for robberies. No personal clothes or random behavior. This makes the gang look better and improves the RP for everyone.
I want to keep the members motivated. We will do many ghetto activities and join every event. I will give good bonuses and rewards to people who work hard and follow the rules. If people feel rewarded, they will play better and stay in the gang.
